We had a birthday party here for our Wee One — lots of unnecessary work to coordinate. Now I know why one of my Treasure’s classmate’s mom declined the invitation because of the party being at Tumbleweeds. First, it would help if someone would answer the phone during business hours, or at least return your call within 48 hours. Not much attention to detail: When I signed the contract and told them that I want a copy, the lady gave someone else’s contract. When I requested more copies of the waiver (which is for THEIR benefit), they gave me extra copies of blank contracts. I hoped that they would be better with the children than at administrative minutia. During the party, the female coach yelled at my Birthday Child, making her cry. The only redeeming factor with Tumbleweeds is Master Tom, who is a Wiz Coach and a hero to kids!
