I walked into the florist and the owner took my order for a sympathy arrangement. She recommended using a computer card in place of a handwritten one. So I agreed because she showed me an example of one that had the colors that matched my flower arrangement. The flowers were very pretty but I expected more flowers for the price I paid. It was extremely expensive for this spray. The owner said that when you buy in store, you can get a better deal than purchasing online. I don’t agree. And lastly, the card that was created by their computer was never attached to the flower arrangement!!!

My husband order flowers for our Anniversary to be delivered to me at work, a local hospital. He advised them to deliver to my unit on the 3rd floor, but the delivery driver just dropped them at the reception desk. The day before Christmas, with no volunteers and no breaks, I never received my flowers and had to pick them up on my way out of work after 7 pm. Our patients always have their flowers brought to our floor, and my husband’s gift/surprise was not received as intended due to an incomplete delivery. I contacted Suntree Florist regarding the issue and received no response.

Little girl playing a recorder in the store and screaming daddy … Dirty store stuff on the floor that I tripped on … 3 arrangements in the case all sad looking… owner(daddy) smoking up a storm out by the front door … In store a good 5 min no one said hi or asked if they could help lady playing games on computer … Got upset when j walked out… Clearly I am not welcome they have better things to do other then clean there shop … Massively over priced… Do not shop here

I just want to let everyone know, if you go to a bridal show and you get a call from Suntree Floral saying you have won the grand prize from the show… don’t believe them! They called me in January telling me I won a free bridal bouquet. When I got there today they told me that they«are not in the business for giving away free bouquets» and that in order to get the grand prize I have to spend over 500 dollars there first. Note: none of this was told to me when I was called and told I won the bouquet. When I called the store owner he said he was busy and to make an appointment… I told him I did make an appointment that is why I was at his store! He then told me he would call me back… 4 hours later still no phone call.

Do NOT use this business under any circumstances. I saw that they had decent reviews online, and decided to call them to order flowers for a friend of mine. I decided to trust them sight unseen. First, I wanted a bouquet for $ 30 and they said it would have to be $ 35. I gave them the address to deliver it to, and they said they would deliver it. No fee was mentioned. I ended up being charged $ 53, without even the courtesy of a phone call to tell me how much the delivery would be. The flowers themselves were dry and poorly arranged. I would not have paid $ 10 for the bouquet at my local grocery store. I had to apologize to my friend(a woman I’m starting to see) for giving her such a pitiful«welcome home» gift from her trip. Fortunately she was kind enough to say«it was the thought that counted», because the flowers certainly didn’t do the trick.
