Aside from the lovely neighbors I’ve had over the last two years, this place has been a pain. The woman in the Office is cruel and will put on a fake smile while ruining your day and her assistant has only been trained enough to set you up for the other woman’s traps. The laundry rooms are outdated and in dire need of maintenance and the apartments themselves are surely not worth the $ 60 hike just recently added after only painting the exterior of the buildings. I cannot express my joy in moving away this month. I rate the complex itself 1 star but the woman who rents this place out, Cindy, deserves a frowny face and a swift kick in the pants.
