Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeye’s chicken is great! We love it and their sides are good too! A nice thing about Popeye’s is that they usually run specials or we will receive coupons in the mail, so we get extra food/​sides or save some $$. The service is always very good here as well, and wait times are not too bad. Gotta love that chicken!

Ordered a large mashed potato with gravy on the side through drive thru. There was about 2 tablespoons of gravy in container, really???

⁵⁰⁄₅₀. I was told people hold this place over KFC. Being a fan of fried chicken I had to try. In the end it was delicious but not better. I’d be happy with either choice. The biscuits were better and the coleslaw was almost equal. Fried chicken, delicious but the Louisiana rub they talk about isn’t anything crazy. The cajun fries need work.
This locations staff? Like any other fast food place, the norm.

Placed an order for a group of 8. Called in my order prior to coming. Spoke with the store Mgr Bruce, and he was able to ensure we got the best meal package for the group. Shout out to Bruce!!! Thanks for the great customer service.

The food is always excellent. I just want to commend the manager that worked at 10pm on 8÷19÷2015. I wish I had gotten his name!
The other employees got my order wrong and I, of course, did not realize this until I got home. Being pregnant with twins, I just really wanted what I had ordered!
I went back in and the manager apologized immediately and quickly remade my order with extra! He also gave me a voucher for 2 free meals to replace the ones that were wrong. He went above and beyond (despite some of the incompetencies of the staff) to make sure I was satisfied. I truly appreciated it. Thank you!

I have been to so many Popeyes and KFCs, and this is by far the BEST of THE BEST!!! They have the best workers here, the food is awesome!!! Honestly I have not had a better time and experience at any other chicken place. They had my order ready in about 20 seconds, they greeted me and were so polite and not just polite and respectful but they talked to me in a normal way, they weren’t putting on a show they were just being themselves and it really made me feel good.
Sometimes you go to those new places like PDQs and the people are tying so hard to pretend to be so nice and polite and I really don’t like that its annoying. At this place they were down to earth and just as perfect as you can be. I love popeyes chicken but over here it seemed to be better than most others if that is really possible maybe it was just because the place was really clean and had a good feeling about it.
Every time I go to this popeyes they are always awesome that is the reason I am actually writing a review about it. I like Unilocal but I don’t review all the different places I go to unless there is one of two reasons first if I think a place is low standards and secondly if it is high standards and all I have to say is who ever is running this Popeyes actually is doing there job right. There are so many places where I don’t even want to go to because I dread having to interact with the workers but this place is super cool. The only downside is that popeyes is kind of expensive if they were cheaper I would go here all the time.

Arrived off highway at 10:50, arrived at Popeyes at 10:56pm, walked up to door already locked… they are open till 11pm sign says on door… hopped back in car to drive thru, it’s 10:58pm the car in front was served, we were not… So sad they did not stick to their word or at least help us as last customers. Gave business to another place instead. Will not be returning anytime soon…

it’s a fast food restaurant, so I can’t really find it in my heart to give this place five stars. I live right behind this Popeyes location, and what I can say with utmost certainty is that the quality of chicken you will get depends a lot on what time you show up here. I do like my fried chicken spicy, and that’s a hit or miss at this location. Some days, the chicken is nice and spicy and you can see the little red chili flakes when you tear it apart. other days, I’m fairly convinced that the person gave me regular instead of spicy. The best times to show up are usually right after rush hour between 6 to 8 PM. also, what is the deal with not accepting American Express? it’s not a big deal, but considering the fact that they are a franchise, they should be able to accept all kinds of credit cards. other than that I think this Popeyes location lives up to the brand reputation in general.

This was my worst experience at a chain like this. Never expect much, but this was bad. Floors were dirty, bathroom dirty, tables and counter were dirty. The order was messed up. The employees were too busy talking when we got there to take our order. The chicken tenders that the kids had looked like jerky it was so thin and dried out. I don’t believe that I will ever go back.

I love fried chicken and Popeyes makes it the best. I love the chicken. I love the cajun rice. I love the sweet tea. Truly the king of fast fried chicken.

Good food, but fast food none the less, but this place always brings a smile to my face when entering from the cashier to the person who passes the tray off to you, they always seem to be in a good mood and it comes through it everything about this place.
If you want fast food you have many choices in Melbourne on 192, but this place will make you smile at the same time, how great is that?

If you’re into fried chicken then you’re probably into Popeyes. In general Popeyes chicken tends to have more flavor and have better options for sides.
Although this Popeyes has the same food you would expect to see at one, their service is great! Only one time I had to wait long for food. It was on a Friday late night and they were slammed. To thank us for out patience, the manager gave each member of my family a free apple pie.

When these guys are on, they are ON !! The chicken tenders are usually right on, and delicious. Side dish of red beans and rice — recommended, cher .
It’s a fast food joint, but the main guys, David and Bruce, make sure the food is is up to par and delivered piping hot. Many authentic sauces on hand, too. Biscuits are fine and made to Southern standards.
Interior has been revamped, and it’s comfortable.
Recommended for a quick fix o’ chicken Louisiana style !
