So many things on the menu. Tons of fun hotdog and French fry combinations, something everyone will love.

As a hot dog stand aficionado Mustard’s is my first love. Mustard’s caught my eye one day while lost outside of Satellite Beach on a trip a few years ago. It’s eclectic exterior décor and covered patio was begging for me to stop, and I did! Because of Mustard’s awesomeness I now seek out hot dog stands across the world and rate them on the the Mustard’s scale of awesomeness and eclectic décor. Now for the food. Yummy hot dogs made every which way you can think. Loaded fries so good you have to bring blood thinners and local beer to wash it all down. It doesn’t get any better then this folks. I love Mustard’s so much that all other hot dog stands are held to bar set by them. Well done my purveyors of hot dog genius! Well done!

What can I say? This is the place you go to in Melbourne to get hotdogs. I usually get a Meathead or Firecracker Dog. These dogs are quality, and the fries and onion rings are very well done as well. I’m docking a star due to a lack of craft beer on the menu.

If you are in the mood for a hot dog, this place is the bomb! I have only lived here in the Space Coast area for about 4 months now and have been missing my local James Coney Island hot dog place back in Texas. Move over James Coney Island… Mustard’s Last Stand just jumped to the top of my hot dog favorite list. Made with Chicago’s famous Vienna Beef hot dogs and topped with some of the most delicious combinations! We had the Eau Gallie dog with melted cheddar and fresh garlic, the Great Greek with feta cheese, tomato, onions, fried pickle, pepperoncini and tzatziki, and last but not least the Firecracker dog with melted cheese, sriracha, fresh garlic and fries. Garlic lovers… this is the place for you! The 2 dogs with garlic were topped with mounds of fresh garlic and all were served in a perfect bun with little poppy seeds… yumm yumm! Prices varied from $ 2.29 for a plain dog to just under $ 5.00 for a sausage style dog. Most of the dogs are under $ 4.00 and toppings are«Texas» size, my favorite. We were at the original location on N. Harbor City Blvd, which has a great dog friendly patio and drive-thru. I took a menu home with me to plan my attack for next time… Hollyweird dog(cream cheese and New York onions… oh yeah) and the Cowboy(hot dog wrapped in bacon, wrapped in flour tortilla, deep fried and topped with chili and cheese… yes please!!) are both on the list to try next time! Thanks for some awesome hot dog guys!

Stopped by this little hot dog stand today to try their hot dogs. It was fairly busy for a Saturday afternoon. I’m pretty basic when it comes to a hot dog, so I didn’t try many of the jazzed up hot dogs, but there are plenty available for those who are so inclined. I got a basic chili dog which came served on a poppy seed hot dog bun which I thought added to the taste of the hot dog. It was definitely better than a just plain bread bun. The wiener was a tasty all beef wiener which had been boiled. It wasn’t soggy and had a nice crunch to it and fit the bun end to end. The chili on the other hand didn’t seem like anything more than something from a can that you can buy at your local grocery store, so I wasn’t too impressed with that part. Seating is available both inside and out and the place looked overall very clean. Have I had a better hot dog than the ones served here? Yes. Have I had a worse hot dog then the ones served here? Yes. Would I return for another visit? Yes If you’re in the area and in the mood for a hot dog, I would suggest stopping by and giving them a try.

Chicago guy here… born and raised. I know good beef and dogs even having worked in a beef stand in my teens. Mustards is the closest you’ll get to the real deal. My standard order is a Chicago dog and beef. The only thing I would change is the bread for the beefs… they use a toasted sub role but I prefer a hard Italian style bread that can soak up the juice. No issues though and been going there for the past 15 years and will continue to do so. Go get some :-D.

Simply the best hot dog joint in the county. Two locations with dozens and dozens of cool combinations for every taste. Great prices, fast service and dine-in seating. They do it right here.

Finally tried this place recently with my dad. He’s always saying how much he likes it, so we stopped in together. I had their basic 2 hot dogs with mustard, onions & relish(a MORK minus the ketchup). They came on poppyseed hot dog buns which were definitely tastier than standard, run-of-the-mill white bread ones. The hot dogs themselves… meh, I mean they were good but nothing to make a special trip for, IMO. I would stop in again if I were in the mood for a hot dog and I was in that area. But definitely wouldn’t make a special trip for them or anything. My dad got their bratwurst and raved about it. I didn’t try it, however

Delicious Chicago dog. One star demerit for slipshod assembly, but real Vienna beef franks, buns and veggies. If you’re a Chicago hot dog fan, the real thing can be found at Mustards Last Stand. BTW, I had iced tea as a drink, and it was fresh brewed and thirst quenching. Ah-h-h!

I’ve had my fair share of Chicago-style dogs by way of living in Chicago for the past 5 years. Mustard’s Last Stand is the real deal Chicago dog.

Great small Melbourne joint for a junk food craving. Tons of unique choices with an old timey feel. Enjoyed our Chicago style & Philly dog and would suggest getting toppings on your fries instead of just plain. Definitely worth stopping by(just leave your calorie counting out the door)!

To preface this, I’m a vegetarian. However, Mustard’s Last Stand is one of the few places I’ve heard of that is notable for its vegetarian hot dogs, so I went to go check it out. This place screams«Brevard County»(…and tries to scream Chicago) — it’s a small, uniquely charming albeit dingy little place right off of US-1. The staff are all super friendly, and they have drive-thru, which is a plus. I ordered a veggie dog with veggie chili as well as a «Guac the Dog,» which, according to Unilocal,is awesome. I’m sad to say that neither hot dog stood up to my expectations. The veggie chili dog was so bland and flavorless to the point where I had to force myself to eat it. The«Guac the Dog» was marginally better, with an interesting combination of flavors. However, on both dogs, you could tell that the ingredients were your standard ones – brand-name salsa and guacamole, generic veggie links, and wilted buns. I have no idea how they did it, but the chili literally didn’t taste like anything. Neither of these dogs were worth the nearly $ 4 I paid for them – especially when I could have made them at home for much cheaper. I’m really sad to be writing this review, because I love finding these unique-to-Brevard places. The place certainly does have charm, and, I guess if you’re looking for a vegetarian hot dog and have no way of making one at home, check them out. Just don’t have high expectations.

Um… yes please! We were going to go to the other location on our last day in Florida, but they had blocked off the roads :(So we looked it up and found another one that wasn’t too far away! Very similar to it’s twin sister no more than 15 minutes away, it too was a super small place with only a handful of tables, outdoor seating, and a rundown looking drive thru, but I wouldn’t order to-go! I would TOTALLY go inside and enjoy the vibe! It was quaint, busy, and played some non-elevator music! I think I heard some old school Linkin Park at one point! The girls that work there look like they could be in a roller derby, which was awesome, and the walls were plastered with out of state personalized license plates, signed celebrity photos, dolls/action figures from the Simpsons and Family Matters, and even Hot Dog Etiquette! The menu was the usual selection of coneys, but if you keep reading… they have fried tortilla wrapped hotdogs, bagel wrapped hot dogs with fun names like«Guac the Dog», «Spudtacular Cheese Dog», and«The Cowboy». They even have beer on tap! The pricing was decent and even have happy hour if you catch them at the right time and right day. We made sure that we stopped by to at least grab brunch before we got on the plane!

I wanted to love this place. I really, did. It’s got a cute name and a great selection. It has a «home town feel» not a corporate feel, but alas it’s just okay. I ordered a couple of Chicago dogs and although they were prepared correctly with relish, tomato slices and a poppy seed bun, missing was the dill, instead I just got a pickle and the hot dog itself… barely there. I was asked to upgrade to a lb but I figured the dog was already $ 2.99 more than double what I can get a dog for with chips and a drink from a stand in most any downtown so I opted not to. I did wisely choose to split a basket of fries and was able for the three of us in my party to have enough fries to satisfy our tastes. Another person in my party had ordered the«Cowboy Dog» which is a deep fried concoction that looked like a heart attack in a basket. He enjoyed the flavor but the whole thing fell completely apart and he was forced to eat it with a fork. He seemed to enjoy it and the lack of a real hot dog was fortunately made up for with a heap of chili. I will say this, they seem to have a vast selection on the menu. It would be fun to try the different flavors but if they can’t get a simple dog right, I see no reason to even try. Sign me, sadly disappointed for this one… PS No American Express, Just Mastercard and Visa

Underwhelming, is the first word that comes to mind with this place. Having lived in Brevard for a total of 22 years on and off, I’ve driven by this place literally hundreds of times and never stopped. However, my foodie side and reviews here got the best of me and I decided to give them a try. First, I went to their new location in DT Melbourne and ordered the Charley dog. Fries, chili, onions on a jumbo dog. It was good, but nothing tasted fresh. I’m pretty sure packaged fries, and very sure canned chili. Nothing wrong with it, a good dog, but it could be SO much better. I can make this at home with my own chili. I left, ran some errands, decided I was still hungry, so I went to this location, the original. I ordered Guac the Dog, which seems to be a Unilocal favorite. Underwhelmed again. Prepackaged guac and what tasted like Pace salsa. At least they don’t use salsa made in New York City. Using prepackaged goods just doesn’t impress me. It’s still a good dog, and if you have a quick hot dog craving, this would be the place to go. They’ve been around forever so clearly they must be doing something right. I just think it could be a lot better if there were a few home made items on here as well.

Okay I have guilty pleasures too ya know. I can’t always eat salads and live at a gym. So if you’re trying to entice me with some comfort food you should look no where else but here to sway me into a food coma. The french fries are always hot. That’s a biggie for me. Because you’ll find nothing worse in life but being at a low point and having to drive through McDonald to get your fry fix only to find that the cold french fries you’re eating taste like they’ve been picked from the garbage can. Thank mustards for making fries fresh to order! YIPPIE! Whatever your hot dog flava is you’ll find the buns are perfectly steamed to perfection and the hot dog is always piping hot. My typical is the Jap Dog with cheese on top. Even just a chili cheese dog is special here. The Chicago makes my day! If you’re looking for a quick fix look no further

Best Chicago dog south of the Mason Dixon Line. The place is tiny, however its clean and the staff is efficient and friendly. The décor is interesting, and the owners are big pet fans so bring your dog, but be courteous to other diners. The facilities are even nice especially for a hot dog stand. Okay the food the real reason why you are reading this… order the 49er! You will not regret it! They boil the hot dogs, put it in a poppy seed bun, then layer it with cheese, chopped onions, spicy chili, and potato pancakes… it is filling and really really really good. The fries are awesome!!! They have some other great options for the adventurous eater and the olé standby MORK for the people that like to live cautiously.

HOLYMOLEY. i swear these hot dogs are not good for your arteries. but they are hella good. My 1st time visit at this location and i was impressed with the quality and also the large variety of hot dog choices. I ordered a Downtown hotdog and a large $ 3 french fries. fyi… the $ 3 fries are HUGE. thankfully, I wasn’t the only one on this trip. The Downtown hot dog was tasty and different from what I usually have. which is quite refreshing. Next time I visit, I’ll definitely get a different type of dog. :) There is a drive up window at this location.
