Coastal Crab Company

Definitely coming back! The owner was very helpful and friendly. He makes his own seasoning blends and garlic butter and they are fabulous! We tried the sampler special which included crab, lobster tail, shrimp, sausage, potatoes & corn. We also ordered a side of the crab rice. Everything was delicious. My lips are still smoldering from the rice. Will be back to try their house made lump crab cakes; didn’t order them this time because the special had so much food already.
Additional Helpful Information:
1. This is more of a take-​away place than a sit down restaurant. There are only a few chairs along 1 wall for waiting for your order, and about a dozen wooden stools at 3 counters for eating your food there.
2. It is easy to miss on your first visit. If you are coming up from the south as we were, just turn at the «Tuckers Cut Rate Plumbing» because it is attached to that building along the side, but you won’t see the place until after you pass it. After eating here once, you won’t pass it up by mistake again!
3. They don’t take credit cards.

Hidden gem. I got the dozen oyster special lightly steamed and it was perfect! Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
