This is the MOST unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I’m a first time home buyer and they made the whole experience complete misery. They waited until the very last minute to file any paperwork, which was ALWAYS incorrect. On the second attempt to try to close, they put me in a room and literally threw paperwork at me and screamed at me to sign and ran out. I spent so much time sitting there waiting for them to come back in but then sent me home when it was near 5. They told the bank we were at closing when I was sitting at home in my pjs. They constantly talked down to me because this was my first closing, even though I worked real estate for 5 years. I worked with Brooke, Liz (Liz never even introduced herself in person) and some creepy guy that kept walking in and talked to me like I was an idiot. I’m going to try for a third time to close tomorrow. I would STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is the most unprofessional Company in the area. Liz left out a reimbursement to the sellers and contacted the buyers 12 days AFTER the closing. Instead of filing a claim with her insurance for an error and ommission she SUED the buyers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A REALTOR THAT DOES BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
