Terrible. Called to place an order and the guy who answered asked delivery or pick up. Stated pickup and told him the order — 2 pizzas and raviolis. Had to explain the simple order to him twice. Then, he asked how we were paying and we said debit. He then asked what kind of card and for the card number. Stated again that it was a pick up order and again asked for a card. We refused to give it to him over the phone. Then he asked us again for the card number because he wasn’t paying attention. Really, not paying attention? Got so fed up, hung up the phone. Called the Medfield location, had no problem with that phone call. Decided to be nice and call back and say that our order here was cancelled and the guy had no idea what we were talking about, even though it was the same guy!
Don’t know who they hire or how many drugs their employees are on but I won’t be going back here again.

worked in the medway manor for almost 4 years so there was always a papa ginos large pizza around. Price wise, its not as cheap as domino‘s. But flavor wise… Papa ginos pizza is by far the worse pizza you can get anywhere in new england. Their cheese pizza is just nasty greeasy and the crust, omg hard as a rock. And ive tried them ALL. i mean holidays and other special dates we would have at least 7 different flavors available for us from veggie, to mushrooms, or classics like pepperoni … They all suck, nastiest pizza i ever had in my life, one worse than the other. Only ate it cause it was free, but i passed them more than i actually ate them. Kind of glad i dont work at that nursing home anymore so i can say this to those cheap bastards over there that always bought papa gino‘s
. PAPA GINOS SUCK! If you really want to waste your money here, you mind as well buy a frozen pizza. at leas you will get the crust right, unlike them. i would give it a zero star if i could.

This papa Gino’s has gone down hill! We both had a tuna sub … There was hardly any tuna in it… Another visit prior we had an Italian sub, same thing… Will NOT get a sub here EVER again!

My teenage daughter ordered a pizza delivered and the driver took his tip out of the money she gave him but didn’t realize he had done that and gave him what turned out to be a second tip; the driver said nothing and just took the money. She called us (her parents) and told us what happened; we called the store and the manager made up an excuse for the driver instead of apologizing and holding his driver accountable. He gave us he extra money back but had an attitude about it. Needless to say, I won’t go back there.

The true measure of a restaurant is customer service– what happens when something goes wrong. Ordered two large pizzas tonight –delivered.
We opened the boxes and saw we were victims of the dreaded pizza slide. Lol. The toppings had slid off the pizza into the corner of the box.
Called the store– spoke with the manager — Anthony. He was excellent and two replacement pizzas were delivered– and delicious — a short time later
Good pizza– not greasy and excellent customer service.

Just visited the Medway Papa Gino’s restaurant. Stopped by the convenience pizza spot on Route 109 last weekend while doing some errands in the area. This location is set in a very large, un-​busy area along Route 109, right by the commercial plazas in Medway. Plus, great deals on great, delicious food. The interior restaurant is large, with lots of large booths and tables, all being clean and looking new. The pizza was even better (Papa Gino’s is definitely one of the best chains for pizza, burgers and more!), and the staff were fast, friendly, and kind. Overall a great visit to one of the best restaurants throughout Medway.

Today, our karate school decided to treat students to pizza. This establishment was very accommodating. They even encouraged refills on the small size drinks we purchased. The pizza was very good and all were happy. Thank you!

Awful place. Do not come here under any circumstances. One couple seated in the restaurant when we came in for take out late on. Thursday evening. There were three members of staff, who declared themselves ‘busy’ and totally unwilling to process the order. It was a full 10 minutes after our arrival that they finally got the pizza cooking and when we got home we found that they had not given us what we wanted. The pizza itself was doughy and pretty tasteless. Useless, unhelpful & unsatisfactory on all counts.
