Dunkin’ Donuts

I love the chocolate cookie dough flavored iced coffee! It’s amazing. I must say that the service could be a little better… But overall, everything on the menu, whether it is coffee, Cooladas, or donuts, are great, and I would specially recommend this location!

On my journey to Milford today, I stopped at this Dunkin Donuts since the one in Millis was really backed up (the drive thru). I got here in the knick of time! By the time I left, this drive thru was also backed up to the exit on Route 109, and I MAY have sort of cause the problem (sort of). One of the other reviewers states how slow this location is, and I COMPLETELY agree with it. It wasn’t my fault for making the other people wait, but the workers inside seemed to be working on every other order possible and not mine, plus there were barely anyone inside at the order counter. They seemed to be on «SLOW MODE», which didn’t bother me, but 2 minutes of waiting time can REALLY back up a fast-​moving, busy drive thru, like most of the locations on Route 109 (including the Millis location).
Overall, breakfast was good (I only got a few orders of hash browns and water though), but they should work on moving just a tad faster… others may appreciate that.

And by the way, the staff were very courteous, and were sorry about the wait time.

I used to live down the street from this location and went in many times during the three years I lived there. I never had a problem with my orders, the quality of the coffee or the freshness of the bagels/​donuts. I will say the company as a whole has made bagels much much smaller for the same price, which is disappointing.
The only beef I have is that they are really slow. I’ve never gone at peak hours, only when I have time to kill, so I hope they are quicker during the morning rush.

I go to this dunks almost every morning on my way to work, and they always get my order right on. There is always a very long line, and they tend to be a little slow. but they serve up my coffee just the way I like and always seem to be very pleasant.
