What a wonderful place to spend a long weekend. My friends and I rented the house as a get together since we all live in different parts of the east coast. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Super relaxing and serene. Def coming back!

Me and 7 other friends rented the house for my birthday weekend and couldn’t be more happy with the find! Great location, beautiful home, comfortable, and quiet. We had a blast getting away from the city and checking out the local spots. Angela was really kind and so quick to respond to my emails. My friends and I loved it and I had the perfect birthday weekend!

Angela is a good friend of mine and I’ve always been excited to refer people to her lovely place in Medusa. It’s located on a very private road with lots of history. There’s a cute farm across the street and beyond that, a lake. The views are exceptional and so are the grounds. Everything is very well maintained and cared for from the gardens to the stonework. It’s really nice for events too. A very intimate spot to enjoy the country. The Barn is beautifully kept and very romantic. The home is equally beautiful and a new barn-style construction with lots of modern comforts. She made some great decisions putting in large windows to take advantage of the views and allow immense amounts of light to pour in. The floor plan is all open and allows you to really spread out and enjoy yourself. Great bedrooms, comfy everything! rain shower, lots of live edge wood accents. The kitchen has everything making it great for cooking. It’s outfitted with cute wood stoves and a heated floor upstairs which make it the perfect winter wonderland retreat.

My friends and I had been discussing a ski weekend for some time; however, as it goes, no one wanted to organize the trip. Consequently, I raised my hand to plan our weekend getaway. I researched places near and far, emailing whichever places sounded ideal for my group of seven. Immediately after reaching out to Full Moon Farm, I received a response offering not solely a price and date, but complete transparency into the planning and staying process. It was wonderful! My friends and I quickly decided on FMF as it seemed to offer a beautiful and large home with tons of land in the country and only 30 minutes away from Windham Mountain. Furthermore, the owner was helpful, patient, and a complete delight! After arriving at the house, we knew that we had made the best decision possible — while the pictures depict the home accurately, they surely do not do it the true justice it deserves. It is gorgeous! In the words of House Hunters«Open Floor Plan!» And the view! Everything that we could have possibly needed and far more were in the house. Bright? YES! Awesome and inspiring artwork adorning the home? YES! Mason Jars? YES! Funny room with a bathtub and toilet? YES! Bread maker, Kitchen Aide, big fancy fridge? YES! Super amazing bathroom with heated floor and rain-falling shower head? DUH! Plus! PLUS! The owner made efforts beyond efforts to make sure that my friends and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. While the skiing and snowboarding were awesome that Saturday, it was truly a pleasure knowing that where we were coming from was where we were going. I would most certainly visit this home again and again — summer, winter — whatever! Love!

We have rented from Angela twice. Once for a weekend with family and another with friends and their kids. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves both times. It is the perfect place to enjoy fall in New York. And our dog loved it too.

This is a wonderful space perfect for an event or a weekend getaway. I went to the Full Moon Farm for a weekend and had a fantastic time. The grounds are beautiful, with a wonderful view of mountains looming not far in the distance. I had an event in the barn, which went very well. The rustic feel of the barn was magical with the addition of lights in mason jars guiding the path. The open loft was perfect for acoustic music. It seemed to float through the space like whispers dancing on the breeze. I stayed in the house, which is beautiful and comforting. I especially enjoyed my time in the hot tub! The owner was a delight to work with. I didn’t have a single problem. It is a bit difficult to find, but I was given wonderful directions by the owner.(I did not follow google maps, her directions were much better.) I also recommend stopping by the Yellow Deli nearby for the best waffle you will ever have! All in all, it was a magical weekend and I will definitely be returning to the Full Moon Farm. It is a perfect getaway that is close enough to the city to be convenient, but far enough away to make you feel like you’ve actually gone somewhere. Check it out!

What a beautiful location! The outside alone is beautiful, but it doesn’t even come close to how beautiful the inside of the house is! I recently worked with the owner who opened up the property for a photo shoot and I’m still thinking about how amazing it was. The screened in porch was so comfortable, even in foggy spring upstate New York weather. The inside is spacious and it is evident that the owner spent a lot of time and creativity to make it welcoming and beautiful. The cozy barn on the property is located very close to the house and opens up to a lovely field. Just perfect for spending a summer evening watching fireflies. I would definitely recommend this spot to someone looking for a private location for a small wedding, and also for a couple looking for a romantic getaway.

Beautiful relaxing spot in the country. Large enough for all your friends while still giving you all the space you need to escape. The owner is an absolute pleasure to work with and you can tell really spent a lot of time an energy making every nook and cranny thought out and beautiful. Enjoy the amazing showerhead, surround sound system(with speakers outside!). We spent a lot of time playing games in the kitchen and snuggling up to the toasty wood stove. The chef’s kitchen proved more than sufficient for large meals. Sit back, relax and soak in the beautiful 360 views from this beautiful farmhouse. Can’t wait to go back!
