The service I received across 4 phone calls, 2 emails, and a delivery of 7 pallets of pavers was exemplary. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and wasted no time to get the job done. When it came time for the delivery, the driver arrived exactly when he said he would and unloaded the materials quickly. He left them onsite in a very orderly fashion, went over the product with me, and then was on his way as quickly as he came. I would undoubtedly use Gem again if the job ever called for their supplies.

On 7÷21÷15, I called GEM regarding my order placed one month prior. Again, the service was excellent. Tara, Angela, and Yany were all friendly, helpful, and fully focused on problem solving. For all those reading: going anywhere other than GEM for your paver needs would be a foolish mistake; let them help you out and you will not be disappointed.

Didn’t experience any of the rudeness of the previous reviewer, in fact, though not overly friendly, the staff was quite helpful. The place is huge and does massive orders for big contractors, I was afraid with my tiny order (15sqfeet) I’d be brushed aside, but that was not the case. I came away quite satisfied.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.
We walked in to get some stones to replace some that were stained in my drive way. The woman that helped us was probably the rudest person I have ever met at a business — being a native son of Miami… this is saying ALOT as we are most known for our beautiful beaches and horrible customer service.
We were explaining the situation and she as uninterested as can be nodded, and in an uh-​huh fashion said well you do know we only accept cash. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it… and second of all… who the hell doesn’t accept credit/​debit in the year 2012?
Then the phone rang… and without saying anything she picked it up and went on having a conversation with another customer. No excuse me, no sorry one second, not even a… let me take this… so we left.
I bought an industrial strength cleaner at Home Depot instead and my drive way is spotless now. NEVER going here again.
