Best haircut and color hands down. I trusted Yvonne’s suggestions and let her do her thing, and she was right. I would definitely recommend her. Great atmosphere and very relaxing. You won’t be disappointed.

Yvonne truly is a master when it comes to hair and I’ve never once been disappointed!
Originally, a few months ago, I came in wanting to do something drastic to my plain dark brown hair, and I definitely got drastic. Yvonne asked me if I could do anything, regardless of outside factors, what would I do, and I responded about maybe wanting to try ginger. After that, she was on course and lightened my almost-​black hair to the exact shade of orange I’d always wanted to try. And, on this most recent visit, she enabled me (as she’s wont to do) to take my hair even further and try grey out for size. I love it! And she did a remarkable job of lightening my hair but also not ruining it or taking it to the brink.
Beyond just the cut + color itself, the atmosphere at Rock Paper is everything I was looking for. Because it’s removed from the city of Buffalo, and the rustic aesthetic doesn’t feel forced or manufactured, but rather organic and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone!

While visiting my hometown (from San Diego) I was in desperate need of some hair help. My hair was out of control! Yvonne squeezed me into her schedule and worked magic on my mane that left me in awe. Thanks to the crazy humidity (combined with Yvonne’s crazy skills) I actually enjoyed rocking my short, wild curls! I’m going to be back in Medina in August and I’m already excited to pay Rock Paper another visit.
