This was an OK Red Roof and a good price for area. Everything worked, bed and shower were reasonable, rooms were usual RR cleanish… staff were decent.

No hot water for shower in room 221. Drunk Mexicans having an extremely LOUD party 2&3 rooms down from me. These lower end motels tend to attract a wilder crowd. Unfortunately, this stay was my companies choice, not mine. Carpets severely stained and needed replaced. Was told they had truck parking, which they did NOT. The folks from our corporate office would NEVER stay here. Not sure why they feel I should…

This was a convenient location, as my friend and I were traveling far from out of town to stay for a night, and needed a place to stay after driving several long hours. I have stayed in Red Roof Inns before, but none like this. It was dirty, the lights flickered on/off, and I’m quite sure I was bitten by something. Overall a very grotesque feeling after leaving this place. Besides all of that, the girl working the desk when we checked in overcharged both my friend and I. We came back to speak with a manager, but there was no one there at the time of night we were there. The next morning, we go to the front desk to speak with the manager regarding the instance that both our credit cards were overcharged, and he quickly apologized and agreed to fix the situation. But what was funny was that he verbatim said, «Sorry if my math is wrong, it’s still early.» Uh, No. You’re the manager, you’re math should be accurate. He then reassured us my friend and I would be re-credited after the weekend. Sure enough, we were not and now I’m still dealing with straightening out the matter of becoming rightfully reimbursed. I will never understand how people can cheat others out of their money, or how people are granted jobs that they are not fully qualified for.
