I called on Thursday (7⁄23) to have a gas line repaired. I had a leak, and the gas company disconnected the line, but I needed a repair and an air test before the gas company would restore service. I called 911, and they were able to come out the same day; however, they told me they would be there between 11 – 1 and did not arrive until 3:30.
Once there, the quote I was given was $ 700! Although, the guy did say if I couldn’t get anyone else to do the work for less than $ 500, he would do it for $ 500. Needless to say, I did not have any work done. The next day, I had another company come out, and they completed the work for $ 83. What a bunch of quacks!

When we found ourselves with raw sewage filling our basement last week, we called 911. Plumbing 911.
Plumber Shane is my new favorite person. He handled our situation with professionalism and care, and was able to fix the problem for a reasonable rate. He brought his guys out twice and they, too, were professional and efficient.
