Terrible service. Yes it had a shorter waiting time than another salon my friend and I went to, but two people working? what is that? They called my friend back for her fill, I went and sat with her as I waited for mine. The man gave my friend such a hard time because she wouldn’t get gel color on her nails. He didn’t tell her to soak her one hand in the acetone and he slammed her hand down into the bowl. When he sent her to wash her hands be started on mine. They were fine, until he started inspecting my acrylics and glared at me for a few messed up corners. Excuse you? everything was fine and then when I went to wash my hands he moved ALL of my stuff to a new station. Including my phone, jacket, money, etc. My nails look fine, except the corner of the one he never did. Too over priced for such a terrible job on my nails. Will never return.

Really bad. I used to go to them a couple years ago and they were good, not quite sure what happened there. My nails have noticeable bubbles on all of them (I’m pretty sure they used the wrong top coat?) I don’t usually write reviews and I gave them a second chance after I got a full set to do a full, they just look like crap. I let the bubbles on my nails go because I didn’t even want to trust them to fix them. I had to go elsewhere to have them fixed. The one guy there is grumpy as hell, he obviously knew he messed up my nails but since there were only two people and six customers he didn’t care. All about turnover, not at all about taking pride in their work. On the other hand it may just be the men there, my friend had a woman do her nails and they were incredible.

I was in there today and didn’t want gel and he made sure my nails look awful when I left there. The service is terrible. I am embarrassed what my nails look like. I will NEVER go back again!

I went for a quick polish change, I called and they gave me a different price of the phone than what she charged me. I could have done a better job myself (there is paint around the skin of my nails and looks extremely sloppy. She was rude, didn’t want to do my service (I refused shellac), and overall made me decide to never return to that establishment.

Used to love going here but service is going down. I ask only for shellac polish and past 2 times they give mani (which was only soaking fingers and trimming cuticles) then charging more. I haven’t had just 1 person do my nails the past 3 times I go, they jump around having multiple people doing the job. Communication is a big issue too, not only not doing as I ask but also when questioning prices they get irritated and aren’t accurate. I just wanted to know prices for my girls, wouldn’t say and prices aren’t posted in store. Striking out with nail salons in Medina…

i wouldnt go anywhere else! They are fast, nails look beautiful. Great with new and return customers. Awesome pedicures. Nails are strong, dont break easily. Best around.
