I really want to give this business 2 stars, but my husband says 3.
When we set up the appointment, we were given an 11am-​1pm window. Their guy (Randall) showed up at 3:30pm. Hubby even called to inquire and they said he would be there by 2pm. No phone call to say he was running late, no apology.
The only thing he did well was repair our garage door quickly, but not before patronizing my husband (for not knowing what the problem was).
I’m not at all impressed by the experience, but I am grateful to have an automatic garage door that works.
