I’ve needed to get our garage door repaired 2x over the past 3 years, both different issues. I’m still amazed at the incredibly friendly and fast service! I called, spoke to a live person, took all of my information, stated was going to call back today, did and had repairs done the same day at a great price! I rarely write reviews, but for this exceptional service, I felt compelled to! Strongly recommend!

Suburban Overhead Doors’s employees have been to my house twice: once to install a new garage door, and once to install a new opener. Their very reasonable installation prices included haul-away of the old door and opener. Both jobs were done quickly and with excellent attention to detail — especially with the opener, which is a direct drive model not common in the US. Their customer service personnel have also been friendly and helpful every time I’ve called.

Same day service and helpful staff who did a great job repairing our door. We tried this company after another garage door company we used previously rudely turned us down. I guess our job was too small? Suburban is our new go-to and we would highly recommend them.
