I like this place. Wish they had internet but I like their philosophy. Food is excellent!

Love seven stones! They have a big selection of gluten free items. Their lox & cream cheese bagel sandwich is OUT of this WORLD! So fresh and light. Service can be a little backed up at times but its worth the wait :-)

Love this place! We always get the whitefish bagel for breakfast and it’s consistently delicious each time. The staff is always helpful and friendly. One of the best places to go to in Media.

If there anything good in Media, it would be the Seven Stones Café. I suggest the delicious Buffalo Chicken Panini, prepared to perfection, get it with Mushroom Tortellini Soup, the combo(small soup & half panini $ 9.95). It is ideal choice for lunch or dinner, and it’ll make a standout meal off your day. Four Unilocal

Great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent ice tea options, brewed fresh and steeped properly. Lunch choices are good, I’ve tried several of the sandwiches and soups and am usually pleased. I was surprised they use lunch meat for their buffalo chicken panini but the flavor was great.

What a sweet café! And I mean that literally. They have too many pretty lookin’ desserts on display in their front case. Congrats to them on successfully emptying my wallet. I stopped in on Saturday for a late lunch. They had a chicken salad option(always happy to see that on menus!), but it came on walnut bread by default. I asked if other bread options were available and a bagel was one of the suggestions. I thought that sounded fun, so I chose that and added cheddar cheese into the mix. While ordering, I also requested a pumpkin spice latte because I really can’t remember if I’ve had one in the past or not, and figured it was a right of passage of being a human sooo. Once ready(didn’t take too long), a staff member brought the sandwich to a table(and I followed, as I had just received my latte). Both items were stellar and succeeded in satiating my grumpy-I-haven’t-eaten-yet-give-me-food attitude. On the way out, I purchased: two macarons, a gingerbread cookie shaped like a pumpkin, a double chocolate giant cookie, two pumpkin cookies covered in brown sugar icing, a slice of lemon loaf cake, and… I think that might be everything? They also serve gelato, but since it was in the 50s out, I passed. Definitely stop here for a casual lunch if you’re in Media! You really can’t go wrong here.

This is a tiny café off of the main road downtown Media. The half paninis were reasonable prices at $ 4.25. The chicken salad was served on a seeded baguette and was moist and tasty. The buffalo chicken was a little spicy. Small iced tea was $ 2.

Best. Milkshakes. Ever. Oh my word. We weren’t expecting them to be so wonderful. Made with gelato instead of ice cream. Turns out that makes all the difference. Wow.

With great coffee/tea coupled with surprisingly good food, Seven Stones Café proves it’s more than just a coffee house. I love a place that takes something classic and reminds you why you liked it in the first place. Seven Stone Café takes the coffee/tea house and provides something a little extra with surprisingly good fresh food. Walking through the door at Seven Stones Café in the quaint town of Media, PA(guys take your dates here), the first thing you’ll notice is the amazing lineup of desserts flanking you on the right. Cakes, pies, and other delicious sweet things too numerous to list, it will take every fiber of your being not to order one of everything. Obscuring your eyes from about 7,000 hours of cardio, you glance up at the dusty chalkboard menus with that sort of ornate calligraphy that would harshly judge your own scribbling handwriting. The inside feels contemporary and hip without trying too hard, and the smiling girl/guy behind the counter warmly welcoming you inside diffuses any air of pretension that could exist. The bread and butter of the place is, of course, their robust La Colombe coffee menu, which features all of the staples you know and love, from straight-up coffee to lattes to hot apple cider. Not really a coffee drinker and after being abused by the cold air and dead leaves of fall, I opted for the hot apple cider, which at $ 3 for a large with a whole cinnamon stick in it wasn’t a bad deal. The menu is concise and focused on old favorites — hot paninis, robust salads, and homemade quiche — with a healthy-ish twist(vegetarian and vegan options). I ordered the special of the night, the Black Bean Burger, served on flat bread with an assortment of peppers, avocado, and a mayo-ey spread. The fresh ingredients and the addition of the flat bread made the burger outstanding, a very pleasant surprise. The only downfall were the chips on the side, in which you receive four or five obviously Tostitos chips. I love Tostitos as much as the next person, but it seems really out of place in this type of coffee shop with a feel of being homemade. Overall, if I lived in Media I’d be a regular here nearly every day, especially with that large dessert bar daring me to try something. If you want a hot drink or a quick bite to eat, I’d recommend checking out Seven Stones Café.

Great hip place for coffee and sandwiches in down town Media. Prices very reasonable if you«order well»… And food is fresh and delicious. Omnivores to vegans have choices here. My toddler grandson likes to explore the brick paved courtyard here after he finishes his lunch with the family. Am here every other month and always leave happy and sated. Thx, Seven Stones! Enjoy–

One of the cutest coffee places ever. It reminds me of a place I discovered on Anna Maria Island in Florida(which I absolutely adored). I came in specifically for a mocha and was happy to discover that they serve La Colombe coffee. My mocha was fantastic, but not quite as hot as I would like. That’s my only complaint. The baked goods looked great and it took all of my willpower to not order one of every flavor of the macarons. There’s lots of outside seating that I’m definitely going to be utilizing on the upcoming nice days.

Best made to order bagel breakfast sandwiches anywhere, and when combined with Colombe coffee, it doesn’t get much better! The Power Egg(egg whites with sauteed fresh baby spinach and diced tomatoes on a perfectly chewy multigrain bagel) is my favorite. The lox bagel is also terrific, with generous cream cheese, lox, tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion and basil. This is one of Media’s gems!

Stopped in here for a cappuccino with a friend. It’s probably the best cappuccino in DelCo — with perfect foam and thank goodness it didn’t taste like a latte. I cannot speak to the food as we only stopped in for coffee. Desserts looked good but they are Le Bus products not in house confections. The dining room could use more attention. Tables needed cleaning as people appear to have to bus their own tables. Service was fine albeit a bit slow. I’m sure this place is much more appealing in the summer when you can sit outside.

What a cute little place. A friend and I came in here for breakfast last week and I was pleasantly surprised. There is a wide selection of baked goods in the case by the register when you walk in, and there are lots of coffee and tea options as well. Their breakfast was vast when you consider the size of the place. My friend got the quiche with a side salad and I got a lox bagel. You order at the register and then when you find a place to sit a staff member brings your food to you. The food was alright, nothing spectacular, but it hit the breakfast spot. The ambiance was cute and casual, and it was nice to just sit and chat for a little while. As other reviewers have said, they have a large outdoor seating area as well, so that’s something to check out in the nicer months. Good spot!

Had some time recently to just sit here and enjoy breakfast. I love the outdoor patio. Good setup they have there. Quality of the food is decent. I’ve had better breakfast sandwiches as the eggs here seemed microwaved. You can’t beat what they’re serving just around the corner here, and that’s a shame. But it was good enough for me to devour. The coffee is excellent, and the apple cake I sampled is close to addictive. So that made me a fan.

First review of many visits Owner run and operated sandwich, breakfast, lattes, coffee-(la columbe) establishment. Very cute interior in which to relax with friends over coffee and food. Dine alfresco in good weather. Today’s meal was a Lox sandwich with pumpkin latte. I am a huge fan of traditional lox and bagel but Seven Stones version blew me away. Served open faced so you have 2 sides to eat. I liked how they chopped the tomatoes and seasoned it with a unique blend of spices accompanied by sliced red onion, basil strips, cream cheese. All of the sandwiches Ive eaten here have been similarly prepared– with a unique flair. Big fan.
