This is one of my go-​to coffee spots. Most of the time, the drive thru is fast and staff is friendly. I have never actually ordered a donut because I eat their bagels constantly!
The weirdest thing I have EVER seen at this place is the stray turkeys that hang out in the parking lot and sometimes in the drive the drive thru lane. Not sure why the staff didn’t seem too worried about it since it caused an actual traffic jam while everyone stopped to take pics (like me). Will post them!

WORST DUNKIN DONUTS EVER. Staff is rude and doesn’t know what to do at the register. If I tell them I want to pay with cash and my card, that’s what I want to do-​not put it all in my card like the cashier did, and then hand me back my change. Also, if I want to pay with a large bill AND change so I just get bills back, do not proceed to hand me back my change and then give me more change, THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. Probably the worst dunkin donuts EVER.

Worse service ever. They mess up my order and had the nerve to say they wasn’t going to fix the mistake. Then said I would have to pay more money… never going there again..

I waited to post a review until I confirmed this is no accident. This morning my order totaled to &7.23 and yet again I was shorted in change. This is about the fifth time this dunkin donuts has ripped me off. They never provide a receipt either. Keep ripping off college students and your will be exposed. They are «always out of pennies» yet have the audacity to display a tip jar. I work hard for my money and so should you. Take the tip jar away until you provide patrons with exact correct amount of change and a receipt.

Another of my go-​to Dunkin Donuts… It’s actually located in «Aston» — I don’t really care what the post office says! I mean, the Walgreen’s and Bruster’s that share the same parking lot are closer to Concord Road so they’re considered Aston… But since Dunkin Donuts is on the other side off of Pennell… Oh, never mind… Sorry — it just drives me a little crazy!!! Anyway, I usually get good service here and haven’t ever had any problems with this location, which is why I go to this one at least once a week.

I always bring a cup of coffee with me to the ice rink and this one is on the way and has a drive through. There was a line here at 1 PM on A Saturday! Coffee is usually fresh.

Quick and easy — plus they have a drive through. (The morning coffee rush is a bit hectic). I usually get an iced coffee (I walk in) during the summer.
They have everything a basic DD has — coffee, donuts, sandwiches and cold drinks.
No issues from me — but I do not come here a whole lot.

Ordered medium black turbo hot and an egg and cheese on a wheat english muffin this morning– GOT a medium black turbo hot (best one I’ve had in a while, btw) and an egg and cheese on a wheat bagel.
Every third time… without fail…
