Zoll’s Lawn & Garden Equipment

I dislike leaving negative reviews for small establishments such as zoll’s, but I had a irritating experience, 90% regarding customer service.
I brought in a flat mower tire to be tubed thinking that since it is just a tire, they should have it done in a couple of hours or even the next day no problem but they treated it as if it were a complex issue and pushed the task of tubing the tire a week out. I reluctantly said okay and was asked for a phone number for them to call to let me know it was going to be done and I happen to have an out of area number. He said they were cutting back on long distance calls and would be unable to call me to let me know the tire was done, so I would have to call multiple times to check in on tbe damn tire.
Two stars for finally tubing my tire and the fact that the tube is holding up wonderfully.
I would only go here if you have a legit mechanical issue as they seem extremely knowledgable.
Do not bother going here if you are in a rush.
