Yotopia Yogurt

what a pleasant and happy place this is! several flavors of ice cream, something for everyone: chocolate, vanilla, fruit, and any and all the toppings you could want to choose from. tables inside and out to sit at. love this place.

Tons of toppings and sauces and yogurt flavors. It was my first time trying Yotopia and I way prefer it to any other yogurt place now.

Has gotten dirty, run-​down, and inconsistent. Last few times in, machines were broken, teenage counter agents nowhere to be found, and the place a general dirty mess.
I’m disappointed where this is heading, and the management should take notice and bring it back to it’s former glory. Don’t break my kid’s hearts… it’s their favorite place, and I just can’t continue to patronize it any longer.

While traveling back home on our road trip we needed something sweet.
This location isn’t far from the freeway and has the best reviews on Unilocal in town for yogurt.
They have 12 yogurt flavor on tap for you to choose from and over 75 toppings to choose from including fresh fruits.
The location is cleans and organized, appealing to the eyes.
I didn’t like how the girl ignored us when we walked in and I had to ask to try flavors. Not to mention she had to come and do it like I was incapable. In California we have it all self serve and convenient.

Delicious, smooth frozen yogurt! Exceptionally yummy! I was met with a smile! Place was clean, and very welcoming:) I highly recommend it!

Scouring the land or in this case valley for «froyo» is not difficult to feed that not-​so-​guilty-​ice-​cream addiction. After testing four other locations Yotopia proves to be above Medford average with selection and toppings.
Digs:
Shouting colorful signage on the glass like a car dealership you enter the doors to a roomy yogurt arena; tables and chairs with an island of toppings; finally in the back you meet your flavor choices; overall nothing spectacular regarding this trendy product;
– FroYo flavor count if I recall is around: ~10
– Topping choices: 50?+! (you will be pleased)
Ate:
Dutch Chocolate/​Cake Batter… mini M&Ms…maybe large spoonfuls of brownie bites… topped with fudge… we try to shoot for less than a diabetic coma;
Service:
It’s a conspiracy! Every location thus far in Medford comes standard with it’s distracted, shy and oblivious teenage girl behind the counter. It’s frustrating how you must wait or ask for sample cups while other yogurt-​lands let you sample to your hearts content with customer facing sample cups;
Overall:
Choices and flavors won me over with a «A-​Ok». It’s a straight-​forward business that doesn’t need the fashion chic friendly Pinkberry (I do miss it though).

Cold yogurt! Just what we needed in this heat. Tons if options which are great. Wish there were a few more low sugar options but very appreciative of the existing options.
Annoying that you have to ask for a sample!!!

Great selection, changes often. Not stuck with the same flavors for weeks. Friendly staff. Clean Place.
HOWEVER…
Would be nice to see them crack down on the off the street NON PAYING CUSTOMERS using the bathroom for their «Deals» And or the bar crowd using the outside tables smoking.
This should come from the OWNERS and not expect the young girls to deal with these hard cases.

Super tasty! I love the selection of yogurt flavors and toppings. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. It is amazing how lost you can get in your yogurt creation and end up with an $ 8 or more cup of tastyness! :-)

Pretty nice yogurt place. Feels new and very clean inside. When I came in they have a really decent selection of yogurt flavors. Like most of the other yogurt shops in the valley, they serve Yocream yogurt, but unlike some of the other ones, they seem to have a decent variety going here with some seasonal favorites (pumpkin and whatnot), rather than just the same boring fruit flavors all the time.
The one employee on duty was very helpful and friendly. It seems that it is, in fact, possible to find someone to work at a yogurt shop who isn’t a total dolt. Cool!
Huge selection of fixins. The layout was a little confusing since I actually didn’t notice the lineup of cold stuff (fruit, whipped cream, etc.) until I had already loaded my cup and was ready to go, but that’s alright.
I’m hoping that this place stays around since I was pretty impressed and would definitely like to return once it warms up again.

Yay! A new yogurt place in Medford! The other choices have been a last resort for a yogurt craving type destination but this place is really good.
Their yogurt tastes better, thicker and more tart. They have a lot of flavor options and never take away their berry flavors (which to me, are the most important). The flow of the store is a little off, it is nicely decorated but the toppings seem really scattered and kind of hard to maneuver around.
I’d give this place 5 stars if they were open just a little bit later and if they didn’t have that creepy family portrait slideshow going on the tv at all times.
The staff is friendly enough without being overbearing.
I look forward to enjoying some yotopia this summer!
