Wendy’s

They never mess up my order and the staff is always super friendly.
I always order my fries without salt and they make me a fresh batch.
Better food and service then the location on sunrise and waverly.
It’s Wendy’s and it’s fast food so your expectations shouldn’t be overly high to begin with.

ask for fresh chicken and what you get is fresh and raw and bull and what they have to say is it was made I just made it

I normally don’t come to this Wendy’s even though it’s extremely close but they give me reasons not to come here. Every time I ask for chili WITH cheese they never fail to give me chili WITHOUT cheese. Also my fiancé asked for soda without ice (don’t ask he likes it like that) but they gave him A LOT of ice, and I mean common sense I like to drink my drink with a straw (you guessed it no straws). Over all it doesn’t take a lot of brains to follow food orders. Don’t get me wrong it could be an off day for someone but an off day every time I come here, is a no go.

Where is the friendly drive thru lady that used to be there all the time? Horrible service now. When I got home I realized that they gave me 2 chicken sandwiches instead of the burger I ordered. I went back, got what I ordered, went back home again. When I took a sip of my «lemonade» I realized that they had give me water, not the lemonade. Exactly how do you not know the difference between water and lemonade? Two pretty big screw ups. I come here about 2x a year and this time I am not too happy.

Yikes… My latest experience at this Wendy’s was pretty grim. I almost felt like I was at Arby’s (aka «how is this still in business?» kind of feeling). The quality was just… bad. I generally like Wendy’s, but even just walking in the door we were put off by the smells. It smelled horrible in the building, and it didn’t help that while we were ordering some guy brought the outside garbage in and rolled it THROUGH the kitchen. Talk about garbage food!
When we got our food, everything except the chicken nuggets were bad. Mushy, cold, just tasted off. Not to mention that my burger from my #1 looked identical to the jr. Cheeseburger my girlfriend ordered, despite there being a 2 dollar price difference in sandwich prices.
My girlfriend has only been there twice… And I was stuck begging her to give Wendy’s a chance, and telling her how it’s normally not this bad. Hopefully I can convince her to give another location a shot!
We both regretted forking over our 12 bucks to them, and I am left siting here sorely wishing we had driven the extra quarter miles and picked up some much fresher McDonalds!

Went to Wendy’s on Saturday night. Quality of Burgers are great however fries are to be desired. The sea salt is terrible. The old fries weren’t much better however better than what they currently serve

This was the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to, food-​wise. Usually Wendy’s is good as far as presentation and freshness, but slapping a piece of meat on soggy bread and putting a hard slice of cheese on it hardly qualifies as a burger melt. Go to McDonald’s.
