The absolute service experience I have ever had at a business. Was questioned harshly for tipping $ 10 on a gel manicure and pedicure after I was already dissatisfied with the service and the owner was extremely rude. My cuticles were pushed back without any cuticle cream, which was painful. All of this was after I mentioned to her that I was getting married the next day and this was my bridal manicure. I don’t need the red carpets rolled out but as a business owner one should be more attentive to clients needs. Very disappointing. Apparently if you come with a groupon you are a second class citizen who deserves second rate service

I can only comment on the customer service aspect of my experience here. I walked in this salon, as it clearly states«walk ins are welcome» to an almost empty salon(two customers). II was greeted with«what can I do for you.» I replied gel manicure. The women who asked me was doing someone’s nails but asked a gentlemen worker if he wanted to do a gel manicure. He laughed at her and she responded to me «can you come back tomorrow? It is too late and we close at 7.» It was 6:30/6:35 when I arrived. Having been in the customer service industry all my life, this is not the response you want or deserve to hear. This was my first and only visit at this salon. This experience does not display the customer service oriented experience I’m looking for when I go to spend my money pampering myself. There are simply too many salons to choose from in the area to lower my standards.

Tried this salon with a groupin. They charged $ 10 to take off my gel polish, making the groupin more than other salons normal prices. The owner replied to my concern by stating, «well. Ow you know how to take the gel off so you don’t have to pay $ 10». Manicurist wasn’t very good. Nails were not fully polished. Horrible experience. Rather than leaving relaxed I felt ripped off. Stay away!
