Hands down the largest inventory of juices, atomizers, and accessories in the area, as far as a brick n’ mortar shop. Good, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service.

This shop as mentioned by another reviewer caters more towards drippers. I however unlike the other reviewer see that as a major plus. Bottles are out on the counter so you can drip as you please. The staff knows their stuff and are always quick to recommend something new without being a pushy salesman. Constantly evolving stock of mid-​high end mods and rdas priced pretty close to what you would find online. I’ve found this to be the cheapest place to buy juice. They also carry big bottles (60−180ml) on the regular. Every time I’ve needed some random vape accessory they have always had it

I usually don’t bother with actual vape stores and just buy stuff online, but this store is actually worth the trip. The juice selection is huge, they let you test in your own dripper (the other store I’ve been in that let you sample just had the cheap tanks and batteries that didn’t even work properly with half the juice), and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the location is convenient right off of the highway, and there’s no snooty elitist atmosphere whatsoever.

This Vape store was recommended to me by a friend. I was skeptical at first because I wasn’t very sure about «mods». I went in as a complete novice. I made the switch to the NJOY vape pens from smoking in March. I usually picked them up at Walgreens. The NJOY was good but got expensive fast because the tanks don’t last as long as advertised and 8 $ a pop. I wanted a change. I went into the store and instantly I knew I was in the right place I was greeted fast and as one was selling me the mod another co worker was getting a whole bunch of e juices ready for me to try. Talk about outstanding customer service. I walked out with a istick 50watt and the Aspire 2 tank with two delicious e juice. I took it home and after tinkering with it I’m getting the hang of it. I will definitely be going back. The Vape Depot in Medford is a must visit for anyone who needs advice or vapor products.

This place saved me. a smoker for 20 plus years recently got a job at a place where smoking is akin to a deadly sin circa 12 a.d. …so thinking about not being able to smoke for 10 hours at time was enough to make me cry i drove by this place. Sign said «let us help u quit smoking“or something like that. I pretty much parked in their counter in my rush to see what this was all about. I spent about $ 60 on some tube pen looking thing and a bottle of «juice»… whoo… first vape and i was converted… dewbeery custard flavor and it contained nicotine.. to good to be true but it wasn’t didnt smoke a butt for 5 days… and when i did totally disgusted with the taste. Now 4 months later this place is my shoe store… i could spend hours on there sampke wall. … now what makes the guys in the place is 2 things. 1 they know their stuff explained everything and i alwsys feel comfortable in there i even turned on my so hot aways half naked goth girly only dates girls friend to vape depot and noone batted an eyelash at either of us… so add anotger 5 stars and try it

They have a massive variety of e-​juice, and lots of e-​cigs, mods, and advice. Parking could be tough, but I have always found a spot right outside. I hope that they remain in business for a very long time!

My Girlfriend and myself have been looking for alternative Vape shops in the Malden|Medford area and found The Vape Depot and I must say they definitely will beat anyone’s prices and the customer service is Great. I love this store, they are great to deal with and have an awesome reputation in the industry. If they tell you something you can trust it is the truth. Their prices are competitive and overall the store has a great atmosphere. I recommend if you are in the Medford area and you need any Vaping supplies this should be the only place you go!

I am new to E-cigs.The guys in the store helped me choose my starting kit. Excellent customer service. They would explain you how and why those stuff are working. The price is very reasonable. Positive attitude in the store. Great business.
