The only good thing about this post office is the self-​serve kiosk in the PO box area. I used to love the post office – the employees were efficient and friendly, the service was what you’d expect. Then the location moved to a horribly inconvenient location with a cramped area. There are signs up proclaiming their policies and just seem to express disdain for the customers. And they never never never answer the phone. The touch screen kiosk is a vast improvement over the lack of customer service.
