TCC, Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer

HORRIBLE customer service. My husband was sold a screen protector that has a «lifetime warranty.» But the employees don’t tell you that in order to make it a lifetime warranty, you have to go to a website and register the thin piece of glass. His broke and what do you know?! «Sorry, you didn’t register it. You have to pay another $ 40.» Didn’t see that coming! More money for them if they don’t tell you, right? I bought a case from them that I wasn’t waterproof, which I needed. The «manager» told me that he’d order me a Lifeproof case and when it came in it would be an even trade in. He also said that it would be there in 2 days. Two weeks went by and still no case. No call from anyone to let me know the status. I had to call 3 stores to find the «manager» I dealt with and his response was «oh yeah, it’s taking a little longer.» What? When I told him that was poor customer service to not have heard from someone his response was «ok.» The case finally came in. I went to the store to trade it for the one I ordered and after waiting for 20 mins for an auth code from someone in PDX, they told me I OWED THEM $ 40 extra on top of what I already paid. The «manager» wasn’t there, but when they called him he said that he didn’t remember saying it was even. SHOCKER. I checked
to find it was the same price as my other case. When I showed them, they said retail stores can’t sell for that price. People, don’t use these idiots. They’re all about the bait and switch. But from Amazon for $ 40 less and free shipping in 2 days.

Ten days ago I was having complications with my Samsung, «not so smart phone» SO I pulled into TTC Verison shop, well these guys (Tyler & Nate) were great they helped me fix what the latest phone update destroyed. and allowed me to continue what I need to on my phone. I should be good for at-​least 2 weeks now. way to go!

Kym, Tyler, and Octavio took great care of us. We recently set up a family plan… 4 lines total, plus a wireless hotspot. Friendly service. VERY knowledgable about the products. I even had a technical difficulty a few days later, and they walked us through it over the phone. The wait times weren’t that long, compared to other Verizon stores. Thanks TCC. We are fans.
