been to this facility twice both times amazing experience for myself as well as my wife nothing but good things to say about the staff. Very friendly extremely great bedside manner same nurse both times for both procedures her name is Beth she was amazing. I hope to have to not come back but if for any reason I do or anybody in my family at least I will know we are in good hands. Thanks for everything. Josh & Ana

Went with a friend today for surgery. It saddened me to see the state of nursing in this environment. Nurses without name tags. Some didn’t introduce themselves or explain what they were doing or even if they were nurses or medical assistants. Touching you without telling you what they were going to do. Long hair not pulled back away from the face. What happened to professionalism? Maybe my standards are to high. :(The 3 doctors we saw were a total different story. Name tags, introductions and they answered all questions we had. They made us feel medically safe. Thank you Dr. Eaton, Dr. Weber and Dr. Shields.

As this was my 1st surgery I was waaaay apprehensive n nervous about the whole thing. But the staff, nurses, surgeons etc were all super nice, friendly and calming about everything.
Hopefully never have to go back, but less stressed if I do– haha

BE WARNED! All of the staff tried to make the Vein procedure sound like it was just a breeze, but after an expensive scan and seeing Mark («the doctor») I received a distressing page full of what I would need to do AFTER the procedure… It was totally unreasonable! I’d say the staff and Mark mislead me. BE WARNED!
