Rothfus Randall, DDS

After glowing reviews and recommendations, we came to this dentist. Dr. Karla Rothfus treated both my husband and myself. My visits were ok, but my husbands were not. My husband had several thousand dollars of work done by Dr. Karla, which ultimately landed him in the emergency room, not once, but TWICE. He was diagnosed by her as having a sinus infection when he had a second impacted tooth which was found in the ER after having 2 CAT scans. Once this was discovered, he tried to get in to see her, only the office was closed two weeks for Spring Break and an emergency dentist listed. This dentist would not help my husband who was in severe pain, because he had not been on antibiotics for the required 5 days. Fortunately another dentist did help him (on a Saturday) because their clinic had lost a patient (as in deceased) due to the same condition two weeks prior. My husband told Dr. Karla that the bridges she fit him with did not fit correctly and were causing him pain. She said they were fine. After all of these issues, we contacted Dr. Karla and she said to come back to the office and she would adjust the bridges to accommodate the change and give us a 10% discount. After two years of misery, teeth which have moved, and speech issues — all of which are due to this treatment, my husband is seeing another dentist to have the problems corrected. He is getting correctly fitted bridges, but we are having to pay again to get what should have been done right the first time. I would NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone.
