Pickers Paradise

I loved this place! So many cool things to buy but not enough time or money to do it with! I did find a gorgeous stained glass table lamp and bought it for an unbelievably low price! I just wish I had bought the smaller stained glass shade that I saw on my way to check out and hope it’s still there so my son and girlfriend can get it for me. I can’t wait to go back! It’s the best «Thrift store/​antique shop» I’ve ever been in!

I would give this place five star but I usually leave earlier than I thought because of the terrible music they play. Makes me feel really ignorant to be there very long. I forget about it and stop by to look for something and then I got to get out of there. Any place that plays new country music I just can’t support. I’m serious, you think I’m joking? There was a coffee shop that was in Ashland for years and they started playing new country… It warded off people that liked to go there to write. Having new country playing is not next level thinking or progressive in any way. It’s straight stupid and they closed shop. I even told them if they keep playing retarded music their clientele will not come there. They are closed now. But I know that new country blaring is more tolerable at a gun shop. Cause the music is about guns n beer.

Top notch store! We had an issue with the sellers of our new Grants Pass home leaving an ugly and built in the wall entertainment center. We had no clue they would leave this monolith behind and had already purchased one at Picker’s.
Even though we had already prepaid weeks in advance, Picker’s Management allowed us store credit instead and we actually found more furniture we could use. They also work with us on pricing, reducing two items upon our request.
Friendly staff, an AMAZING amount of furniture and other items, people could spend hours there.
Also the person who rated them 1 star because «They don’t publish their store hours» get a hobby would you? How rude, we drove 7 hours from Lake Tahoe and were treated like gold! You want store hours get off your duff and CALL THEM.
We will be back often!

I have never actually been to this store but was passing through S. Oregon and wanted to know there hrs of operation so we could go see there merchandise ie. guns and crabbing and fishing gear. But the hrs of operation are not listed on Unilocal,they have no website and no answering machine??? your kinda «shooting» yourself in the foot, (pun intended)!!

This place always has great stuff, and I can usually find what I’m looking for. However, lately I’ve noticed that the music is so loud in the back it’s quite offensive. I even mentioned it once to a young woman at the front and she acted as if I asked her to cut off her hand. Seriously, the noise was so irritating I just went somewhere else. I really appreciate good customer service, but sadly I didn’t find it here.

Bought a used gun that would not function correctly and after they checked it out I was given a refund. I believe they are better than any pawn shop I’ve done business with.

I have a two part review:
1. The main Barn: If you like used goods, you can get caught up for a couple hours in here. There’s a lot of great and unique items in here. For the most part, everything is priced right. Staff is friendly.
2. The Furniture store (New): They have a decent selection of items. They are not selling the greatest quality stuff, but they know that are price accordingly. In others words, if you want good looking for fancy things, this is not the spot. However, if you’re on a budget and wand affordable yet good looking stuff, this is your spot.
HEADS UP: They sell 5 Star mattress made by SERTA. Best price in town.

Great deal on brand new mattress! The store is adjacent to the original pickers paradise barn. The sell Five Star Mattress, made by Serta. I checked all the mattress stores and could not find a better price, and they deliver to Grants Pass!

Lots of cool used stuff, good prices! They have a separate furniture store. Antiques, guns, used clothes, home décor, used movies etc.
