Perfect Nails

Terrible place to go for acrylic nails, the nail tech used her own very sharp nails to push my cuticles back and remove the glue from my fingers. She also glued herself to my fingers several times!!! I literally have little cuts on all of my fingers. They’re very unprofessional and extremely limited as to what they can do, forget about going here if you want any designs on your nails. I definitely won’t go back and if I could leave zero stars I would. It’s been 3 days and my fingers still hurt!!!

I used to love going here. I went about once month for a couple of years, and always took a friend or family member. Their prices are on the higher end, but the high quality manis and pedis made it totally worth it. To this day I’m still bummed it’s not an option, but the service went from being «a bit rough around the edges» to absolutely terrible.
They charge for a new file and buffer – and they tell customers about 10 times during one visit to bring the file and buffer next time (or pay again then). Sometimes I’d do a walk-​in, which means I planned on buying a new set… but after a while I couldn’t stand being chided for not bringing my old ones. Not a deal breaker, but it’s kind of annoying.
Another time they charged my party for three sets of nail files and buffers. I didn’t pay, so I didn’t realize what had happened until my mother-​in-​law questioned her bill. When I went back in, the manager refused to talk to me in private, started questioning me while giving another lady a pedicure, then yelled at me that I was wrong. She said none of us brought our sets… even though all three of us had. I just walked out feeling completely awkward.
The third event sealed the deal. After waxing my eyebrows, the lady (always in charge of waxing) stuck a mirror in my face, showed me an imperfection, and started screaming at me that I had ruined my eyebrow. That it was my fault. Over, and over, and over.
I will never go there again. I go to KB Nails across the street. It’s cheaper, just as good, and has excellent customer service.

Everyone has always been very nice to me, but Lee is my favorite. He does an awesome massage along with my pedicure

Nice people but my nails are kind of crooked and oddly shaped. I will be looking elsewhere for my next set.

These people are awesome. They took me as a walk-​in right before closing and even gave me a discount!!! And the name says it all… PERFECT nails!!!

I had a gel manicure done. It looked horrible. For the cost, it was not worth it. I won’t go back, waste of my money.

This is my second time at this location and they are HORRIBLE at gel acrylics the couple that own the place have both had a chance to do my nails they don’t last more than 2 weeks… itis way to laid back they add Ashley said to attention to detail. STAY AWAY IT’S OVER PRICED AND NOT WORTH IT
