Laura Hoyes is a great colorist! Especially good with platinum blonde, which if you have it you know can be a challenge to find someone who does it right. Laura got me the lightest my hair has been with very little breakage. Thanks Laura! I’ll be back:)

Becky who does waxing is awesome! This post in no way reflects her service. I’m sitting here waiting for my appointment and just like every time, the person checking in (mostly for tans) is on the WORK phone (last time was a cell phone and a different person so this is obviously a trend) with a personal call. About nothing that sounded urgent. I stood there and finally went and sat down when she didn’t give me the time of day but another customer walked in for tanning and she still didn’t get off the phone. That’s ridiculous and completely unprofessional. This is a business, customer service. At least say hello or put the dang phone down. Incredible. But go see Becky she is just wonderful and so reasonably priced!
