They earned a perfect score because they provided perfect service! Stopped by without an appointment because I noticed a nail stuck in one of my rear tires. They got me right in and fixed it at no charge! They also made sure all the tires were properly aired up before I left. Highly recommend these pro’s!

They were fast and cheerful when repairing one of my tires. From someone greeting me right after pulling in to the rapid turn around to get my car back on the road, a great experience.

I love les Schwab! and then believe it or not I am in medford the next morning and asked them to check the tires pressure in my dodge dually (we were towing the buggy) low air pressure in one of the duallys we find a screw in the tire!!! he pulls the wheel and fixes the tire guess what? again no charge «have a great weekend!» same as the Redding Les Schwab! the night before!! I try to pay him and tell him I did not even buy the tires from Schwab. he said «next time think of US! awesome service! whatever you do to find people and what ever you do to train them keep it up! I have my own business and I have never been able to achieve what Les Schwab has on a individual basis. and at more than one location awesome!

We were on a road trip from Seattle and had to stop here because there was an unusual sound coming from the driver’s side of my truck. I had actually heard it before and brought it to a Les Schwab in the Renton Highlands and they couldn’t figure out what the problem was and they wanted to charge me $ 95 to take my caliper apart.
The staff was extremely friendly when we walked in and we were immediately (no wait) put with Brett to help us out. Brett went with me on a test drive, jacked my car up and found the problem within 5 minutes of lifting my truck. Brett was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. He was great!
When all was said and done I told them to put the charges on my account and Brett said, «I’m not going to charge you for anything. Have a great road trip.» He then shook my hand and gave me my keys.
He didn’t charge me for anything and he took my caliper apart. What a great dude and a great place. I don’t live in Medford but I would definitely recommend them to anyone in or out of town.

I recently received a phone call from my 89 year old mother. She had been told by a local car dealership, she needed new tires before she drove much further. Since she was about to travel to Eugene (170 miles north) she was concerned. She asked if I could help her purchase tires and where would I go for them. I recommended Les Schwab. I was unable to accompany her due to my tight business schedule, but told her to call, if, during her contact with the salesman she had questions. I didn’t hear from her until I got home, when she told me the Les Schwab person closely inspected her tires, then told her she did not need new tires and would be fine for her trip. It was nice to know there are still businesses out there that don’t look at senior widows thinking they can scare them into a sale of a product they don’t yet need. Thank you Les Schwab. This is why I have used you for my tire needs for over thirty years!

This is our third set of tires since living in the Rogue Valley. Every interaction with these people has been positive & friendly, yet professional. They present options and suggestions, without pressure or being judgmental. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tires unless I were stranded.

I have spent thousands in the last 15 years w/​Les Schwab.(WHEELS, TIRES) Cool, eh? NOT! I was leaving for a road trip the next day and needed tires. My truck has aluminum wheel spacers. I got my new tires and drove off. Just as I was to enter Interstate 5, my left-​rear wheel is making the most horrible crunching noises. I barely managed to elude the onramp. I limped back to Schwab. I found out the zit-​faced tire man (boy) ran the lug nuts on w/​an impact wrench and cross-​threaded 3 out of 5. He didn’t use his fingers to start the lug-​nuts. He «NASCAR’» pit-​stopped them. The frikken wheel was about to fall off. When the «normal» tire-​man removed the lug nuts, 3 broke OFF the studs. They offered to remove the rear adapter/​spacers. I said «Fine» ’cause I had to GO! After I got home from my 2,100 mile vacation, I asked them if they would make it good w/​me for their MAJOR screw-​up. Nope! I was offered $ 7.00 for what they assumed was the cost of ONE wheel adapter. Can you imagine? $ 7.00? If I had hit Interstate 5 and the l/​r wheel had broken off, it would have crossed the interstate and could have KILLED someone! I got offered $ 7.00. After spending $ 1,000’s with them! Poor management, to say the least. Poor Les is spinning in his grave! The worst (best?) part of this is I have been dealing w/​this same store for YEARS! I have an account there… Every time I go in there, I have to fill out ANOTHER credit application because the bimbo females behind the counter keep telling me «You have never purchased anything from this store.» I produced a multi-​hundred dollar brake job receipt from my glove box (along w/​other tire receipts for/​from same truck/​store) and the RUDE lady continued to tell me that I have never been to this store before. I have an account, yet every time I spend $ 400 plus on tires, I have to fill out a new credit application. The «Lady» tells me, everytime, after 1 year, your credit info is shit-​canned. The manager (assistent) tells me that is not true. Who am I to believe? All I know is if your employee screws up and ruin your vehicle, the company needs to pay, and $ 7.00 don’t cut it! I (used to) love Les schwab, but too many morons are behind the counter. (much less the ex-​burrito folders from Taco Bell in the shop) They (management) are probably on salary and do NOT care. Poor attitude. Think of the customer: These vehicles are to hit the ROAD, not some white-​trash trailerpark which most of these Les Schwab employessprobably live. DO NOT screw with someone you dont know. I am one.

The one thing you expect them to do – install tires — they do well. Anything else, forget about it.
Our truck had a faulty tie rod. Didn’t know it at the time, obviously. Took it to Les Schwab. Had them balance and align — didn’t solve it. Dug deeper, and they suggested front end bushings be replaced for $ 500. Not having any clue what was causing the issue, we agreed. Bad idea. Took it home, and it was still having the issue. Finally gave up on them, took it to a mechanic, and they had the tie rod diagnosed instantly. Problem solved.
Then there was the oddly-​worn tire on our car. Took it to LS, they balanced and aligned. Didn’t fix anything. LS suggested replacing the struts for $ 800. I declined. Took it to the same mechanic, and they told us it wasn’t a driveline issue. Took it back to LS, was a little more adamant this time. Turns out the tire was defective. $ 100 later, issue was resolved, but clearly diagnostics aren’t LS’s strong suit.
If your need is new tires, brake work, or alignment/​balancing, then LS is perfectly adequate. But as one would expect, don’t figure on them being particularly proficient at anything else.

Service was friendly, and I made it a point to arrive just at opening time. I waited a while because no one was expecting early customers and the music as already turned up so loud that customers could not be heard pulling up. After this part, however, everything went very well. The people who helped me were very friendly and did the job quickly.
