Ugh, I’ve had so many problems with this place that I finally decided to write a review. Start with the good thing: the store has a wide selection of stylish frames and name brands, which can’t be beaten by your local optometrist’s office. On to the bad: Poor customer service to drive you nuts. I’ve had multiple instances where I called to ask for update on the status of my glasses and someone asks for my number in order to «call back in a few minutes.» Never received call backs. Staff somewhat politely tells you: «we’ll call you when it’s ready, there’s no need to call to check.» Except when it’s end of business day and your glasses were already overdue and you call and they say: «oh, yeah, they’re ready.» Additionally, I had to have the lenses replaced due to an incorrect prescription(by outside doctor, not the optometrist next door) and time and again, I’m given the wrong estimate of when they will be done. First it was«a couple of days.» Then it was«1 week because we have 20 glasses ahead of yours». Then it was, «oh, our machine that makes the lenses broke down and they’re repairing it now. Yours should be one of the first in line to have the lenses redone.» Avoid this place and save yourself from any headaches. Update: Argh, I want to give this place 0 stars! I received the new glasses after the whole machine is broken fiasco, except they made it with the wrong kind of lenses! They did not make photochromic lenses as stated on my original purchase receipt, exchange receipt, and through my verbal confirmation of all the details with the salesperson. I will return these glasses, ask for a full refund and take my business elsewhere.
