This place was completely unorganized and unprofessional. Especially Ike, stay away from him. He wasn’t up-front about anything, and was constantly dropping bombs on us last minute. He was manipulative and sleazy, we would have moved on to different apartments just because of him if we weren’t in a last minute jam.

This realty company was incredibly unprofessional. They told us that we were«first» in line for an apartment, and then gave the place away without consulting us. During the showing, the realtor(Ike) had failed to coordinate with the tenant currently living there, and the tenant was(rightfully) somewhat unpleasant at having her dinner interrupted. The place they showed was great. The way they handled it was beyond unprofessional. There are better realty companies in the area. Go with someone else.

So, we’re a bit on the flip side of the situation… where we’ve mentioned to our landlord that we won’t be renewing our lease and are moving out in June. And now getting inundated by calls from brokers wanting to show our place… some have shown up announced, others have said they talked to my husband and they’re coming by in an hour(when I’ve later confirmed since he’s stuck in class that they haven’t), and others have been rude. In general it’s not a fun experience. Ike on the other hand from Kimura Realty has been really pleasant to deal with. He noticed the shoe rack next to the door and asked if we would prefer that we remove shoes when showing the apartment(we do). He wanted to show our apartment this past weekend and instead of calling me an hour before, he asked on our availability on Friday to show it. Overhearing him talk to his clients, it sounds as though he looks out for them too with the positives and negatives echoed of our place. Unfortunately, we’re moving out of state but if we were staying in the area we would definitely work with Ike on our next move.
