WORST company ever. Do NOT use this company. First off all the employees are miserable. They over promise and under deliver. Just moved here and didn’t know any better so hired them. No one explained the pool opening process to us. Basically they came took cover off dumped salt in the pool and left. When asked about how the system we had works they told us to read the manual. The pool is filthy, there are broken tiles and leaves clogging the drain. It’s the worst pool opening job I’ve ever seen. So many better companies that are WAY MORE pleasant when you call like ALOHA and Absolute pools. Taking our service elsewhere. Shame because after talking to people I’ve heard similar complaints. Wish I would’ve known. Now you do so DONT use them.

I am actually leaving this review in spite of the fact that I did NOT use them for our inground pool build. We went with another company who I have not decided whether or not to review, but I can say that 100% I should have gone with Jersey Pools. They are extremely upfront upon meeting for the bid. They provide you with a well thought out ‘book’ detailing their insurance, their experience, their mission and the price of their standard sized pool, which is all you actually need, and then the cost of anything additional ‘tanning ledge, extra decking, LED colored lights, spa, bigger size, etc’. There is no guesswork and every client gets the same pricing. The only reason I did not go with them was the company I chose picked the design I fell in love with. I have since had THREE problems with my pool build, and all three problems were handled by the OWNER of Jersey Pools. The man handles pools build in excess of $ 100K and he took the time to talk to me regarding my heater, my pump and help me late at night one night while I was filling my pool and was afraid I should stop b/​c a portion of the vinyl was falling. I tried EVERYONE at my pool company and never received a response. They give you NO way to contact them outside of business. They are VERY knowledgeable, very helpful, extremely fair. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, let me tell you. I have already recommended them to three friends and I have no doubt those friends will be happy I did.

Very good and knowledgable staff. Comparable prices to Leslie’s so I would rather help out a local business than a chain.
