I have been frequenting this place a lot lately. Overall, I think it is pretty decent. I have tried their pasta, sausage and chicken dishes. All are very solid. The marinara is pretty decent as well. My favorite part is the assorted bread basket. Price is reasonable for good quality food. Service has always been adequate if not borderline excellent. I look forward to my biweekly dinner here.

I’ve been coming here for years. Nay, decades. My husband and I had dinner tonight and it was just as good and lively as I remember. I had fried calamari with capellini and he had the gnocchi. Both delicious. The bread and house dressing are an institution. BYOB. Can’t be beat. Looking forward to coming here again and again for years to come.

Have been going for years and love Illiano’s. Service is excellent, seating can accommodate groups, ample parking. The owners go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your visit. The wait staff is friendly, polished and on top of things.
The food is consistently very good. Love the fresh homemade pasta.
Servings are ample, usually end up taking home enough for lunch the next day.

Very good food, very good service. I was surprised at how family friendly it is. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Good Italian food in Medford.

We have been there twice and it is still the local surprise. The atmosphere is good and the food and sevice were also. It was very busy tonight and they were running out of specials. The menu still left plenty of choices. My wife and I will defenitely return.

One of my favorite places! Always great service, and the food is delicious! The take out counter is always bustling, although I’ve only dined in. Some dishes can be pricey, but the portions are good and my kids can’t wait to dive into the leftovers. The bread basket alone is worth the visit, and I’ve never had a sub-​par waitress. It’s a really nice place, and I love that it’s byob!

The food is delicious and the pizza bread is outrageous. The service is fantastic. The black ravioli is out of this world. They make you feel like family. Bring a bottle of wine and sit back they take good care of you!

I’ve only ever gotten takeout or delivery, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere of the restaurant (although I have been in to pick up food and it looks like a nice spot to eat) but the food is amazing. The people are nice, they seem to give little extras in the takeout boxes. Love it!

I brought my fiancé here for Father’s Day, and we’ll be coming back for sure. This is no doubt a hidden gem. Fantastic tomato pie. Fresh bread, fantastic homemade dressing and great salad. Everything they serve is amazing. Wonderful large portion sizes, great atmosphere and excellent service.

Had lunch there with a party of four. The atmosphere was delightful. If you like mussels the sauce on the mussels is Yumo ! This looks quite nice for a romantic dinner.

Amazing Servings and the servers are nice! Prices are ideal and the size/​portions are huge. Come with a empty stomach and leave with left overs and a smile! Tucked away and nestled I. The woods of Medford NJ this place is a well kept secret and hopefully not for to long!

This review is going to focus on a particular appetizer. My husband and son had previously dined here. They could not say enough about the stuffed long hots. I had to try them out. The long hots are split open and stuffed with prosciutto and cheese … and … can be very spicy! These things are fantastic and definitely a must have! I’d caution you to have some bread and water already on the table before consuming!

Iliano’s is classic Italian fare. The restaurant has been around for years. Let me start by saying I gave them a ⁴⁄₅ because of price. For the most part their food is consistently good, but it’s their tomato pie appetizer that sets them apart. One of my favorite dishes is the salmon scampi over spinach instead of pasta.

This place makes me feel like I’m making the right decisions in life.

My bf and I have ordered take out from here several times. Each time, the food is ready when it should be, and is nice & hot. Even with us just picking up a take out, the staff is extremely nice!
Dining in: lunch or dinner is a great choice. The food is homemade! Its all delicious.
Everything from their eggplant, chicken parm, salad and the best thing is their Mussels in red sauce… SO.SO.SO.GOOD!
The portions here are also HUGE for your buck! You def get your moneys worth and some!

Very good homemade Italian food. Lunch menus is amazing with loads of delicious entrees plus sandwiches and paninis.

If we were just to talk about the area, this really is one of the best few places to go for a sit down dinner. 5 stars completely if I just stick to the area, but a short drive into Philly is where you will find amazing Italian eateries. Lamberti’s/Illiano’s has been around for quite some time and my husbands family love it here. They grew up in the area and don’t venture out much so this is there go to place for celebrations. I do have to say that their tomato bread is amazing. I could just come here, order a house salad and fill up on the bread alone. The deal I got last night was great. For $ 25, got the mussels in white sauce, a bowl of chicken noodle soup, and the seafood ravioli.
The mussels were pretty decent. The white wine garlic sauce was flavorful and they give you a nice amount, but the meat was a bit on the small side. I had a few that were nice and plump and those few were delicious. My daughter seemed to enjoy the chicken noodle soup (I can’t comment on it since I didn’t have any but again, nice portion). The seafood ravioli in the rose cream sauce was mediocre. Was there seafood in it? I just don’t know! I came hungry and left satisfied. The portions are large so plenty of leftovers for lunch today.
The service is wonderful and quick. The décor could be updated but I guess you can say it’s like your grandma’s kitchen type charming.

We were introduced to Illiano’s at our niece’s confirmation celebration dinner. Platters of appetizers were ordered for our large party; we each ordered our preference for main course. Across the board, the food was excellent (we know this because everyone wanted to try one another’s dish.) The portions are huge, so everyone took home a doggie bag, big enough for another meal. This place is BYO, which we especially like
Service was equally excellent. This restaurant is in the back of a strip shopping center, so parking is plentiful. We look forward to our next visit here!
