Hewitt’s Imports

Hewitt’s Automotive did an excellent job repairing my wifes Volvo Wagon. The job was done quickly and at a very affordable price. We now live in California and if we have to ever have any of our vehicles repaired it will still be worth the trip. Hewitt’s Automotive was totally honest which seems to be a rarity for any type of repair shop today. When other shops said that our Volvo couldn’t be repaired and it wasn’t worth the repair bill Hewitt’s Automotive stepped up and got our wagon running better than ever. They put nothing but pride in their work and it shows. For Professionalism, Quality, Price and Time that it took them to get the job done correctly the 1^st time, I give Hewitt’s Automotive a 100%!

Awesome auto shop and garage. Though billed as an import/​tuner shop, I’ve been told that they will work on any make and model, and they’ve done work on my Ford and my Nissan. I’ve had a few jobs done with them and have always been very satisfied with the price and turnaround time.
The showroom can get pretty busy at times, but to me that’s just a symptom of doing something right. Customer service is top notch; they will make time to discuss a job or issue with you even if the phone is blowing up and there are people waiting. That’s not to say it’s like that all the time — most of the time it’s pretty manageable in there.
Most importantly, I’ve come to realize that you can expect honesty and straight answers from them, which is paramount in this industry. I’m always cautious when it comes to automotive shops since it’s all too common for exaggeration and ambiguity to be the norm, but not here. No games, no runaround.
All in all, I highly recommend Hewitt’s for any kind of automotive work.
