Absolutely appalled at the conditions I saw. Hot day at the fair, yet the petting zoo only had two water buckets for roaming animals. Witnessed fawn that was literally born in approx. 5′ x 5′ area. Attendees did nothing to prevent small child from reaching in and touching newborn. Location of petting zoo was near loud theater with screaming MC. Saw distraught deer in another 5′ x 5′ pin restlessly pacing and trying to escape. It’s head could fit thought exterior fencing. It was wearing a collar (?) that could easily have caught on something.
