Evangel Christian Store

This is a great store! The people are always friendly and helpful, they have a large variety of items… lots of good gift ideas and locally made products too.

Store is clean and well organized. Prices were good and they had a wide selection. Just picked up a DVD for my children I had been looking for and it was also on sale!

What can i say, i just love this store!!! So many things to choose from and they are family owned!

Overpriced is the first word that comes to mind. Just because you are located in our one southern Oregon Mall?
Okay, so I know you (the consumer) are thinking «Yeah but I will save on shipping, right?» WRONG. Mind you, Evangel employees like to temp you with «But if you sign up to get our emails, we’ll send coupons» for future purchases… Trust me, there’s a catch!
Hmm, okay, I bit this sales pitch 2 weeks ago, hook line and sinker. Went in to use my special emailed-​for-​my-​next-​purchase coupon today… «Oh, gosh, no, you can’t use the coupon on a book we’re out of, sorry; we can order it for you for $ 24.95 but you have to pay full price for it today and maybe it will be here in a week».
Really? YOU dear Christian store lost over $ 25 in the sale of one book which turns out to be ONLINE for $ 7 plus $ 3.50 shipping, just to keep me from saving $ 4.20 in that coupon value. Actually, you have lost much more than that.
We will not be going back. We will now purchase that book and the THREE OTHER BOOKS we wanted, all online, and every one turns out to be much cheaper, yippee!
