Had a massage package and I was melting into the floor by the time I was all done. I had an amazing time.
ProTip: bring in a separate check or cash for the therapists; you can’t add a tip to the credit cards and the receptionist can’t give any change. I’d hate for someone to not get a tip because we weren’t prepared.

This spa is nice enough. It is clean, professional, and the staff are friendly.
I had a facial and mini massage, which seemed inexpensive at the time I booked the appointment, but you get what you pay for. It was ok. I didn’t break out afterwards (always a good sign) but the products used were not of a particularly high quality, and my aesthetician was not adept at massage. (So if you are considering that service, I’d recommend skipping the massage part and just go for the facial) Lastly, the spa music is awful and the whole interior décor is quite dated. That said, this is Medford and not NYC, so overall it is just fine.

I love this spa. It is the most relaxing beautiful spa I have ever been too. Very friendly and organized. The treatments were amazing and I felt like a queen for a day. Will definitely return.

Went in with a buddy for the Men’s Foot Treatment. We didn’t really know what to expect going in, but the whole thing was great. Great service, great staff, and lots of laughs. I didn’t know all of the little tricks that can go into cleaning up a pair of feet. They look great, feel great, and my wife really appreciates it. 45 bucks is a bargain.

I don’t know what’s going on with those other two foolish reviews, but I met with the owner Michelle yesterday and let me say, amazing! Her expertise in facials and product knowledge is on point. Go see her, you won’t be disappointed!

My experiences at The European Touch Day Spa have always been a very tranquil, beautiful experience. As soon as you step into the Spa you relax smelling the essential oils and hearing the soothing music. The staff and owners are very customer service oriented and are very welcoming. I really loved my reflexology provided by Jackie– awesome every time!

HI Michelle, I just want to say thank you to you and your talented team for a wonderful experience at your spa. My friend and I came in for massages and we had the most relaxing time. We left the spa so relaxed and happy. We can’t wait to do another girls day. The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable plus you are in a great location to grab lunch after. Thank you again, we will be back soon.

This used to be a really nice spa located up on McAndrews near Roxy Ann, it was right up there with the other nice spas in our area (i.e. Blue Giraffe). Now they are located in an office complex in downtown Medford complete with outdated carpet and a drop ceiling. That’s fine — I completely understand reducing overhead, but you can’t charge the same prices as you did before. They have «spa» prices ($ 6 less than BG for a facial) in what is at best a «salon» setting. Also, There is a reason there are no updated photos on their website or FB page — which is WRONG and misleading to potential clients.
My service was fine. I’m just glad it was purchased via Medford Radio Auction and was therefore not full-​price or I would have been upset. However, here is a note to the owner — have your technicians eat breakfast because this poor girl was hungry — nothing like listening to someone’s stomach growl for 80 minutes. Also they had the WORST «spa» music I have EVER heard! Lose the Yanni CD’s and invest in Pandora or XM Spa stations! It was so bad that I considered asking for my phone and earbuds.

I have never been to this Salon/​Spa, but I recently purchased a gift certificate for my daughter who lives just a few short miles from it. She has had spa services there before and likes their pedicures. it has been over a week since I purchased the certificate and they claim they mailed it. What should have taken just one day to arrive at my daughters home has now failed to show after 10 days. I called asking for reasons for such a long delay and was told they would check into it and call me back. No phone call! This is just poor business! It does not matter how beautiful a place is; if customer service is bad, the word gets out!
