This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in Medford and most likely the country! How hard is it to make coffee as ordered? Apparently for these jokers it is impossible!
When I place my order I ask them to repeat my order to make sure they heard me. I get my coffee and 99% of the time its wrong! Then they have the nerve to give me the stink eye when I ask them to make it over! I only go here when I forget to stop at the DD in the Fellsway Plaza.

I will travel out of my way to go to this Dunkins. Out of all the Dunkins in Medford, these are the most polite, efficient, hard working employees I have encountered. I go here on a regular morning-afternoon basis. I have only encountered one woman that works there that is rude. They are always smiling and always friendly and after a short time start remembering your coffee. I wish I was better with names so I could specifically point out who has been great. The only rude person I encountered was a woman with a 5 o’clock shadow. You’ll know who I mean.
Parking is quite crappy, but I’m not going to include that in a review of how well the business runs.
