Dave’s Carpet & Vinyl Liquidators

Pretty soon here, I will need my bathroom floor re-​done. I’ve heard great things about Dave’s Wholesale and when I called to inquire about cost, it seemed very fair and accurate.

I can’t believe this place has been in business so long. So many lies! The only thing we were happy with was price. But, you get what you pay for. In short, this was the experience: Order and pay for carpet/​installation up front. Set date for installation. Night before installation, we called and confirmed. Day of installation; no show even though we were told that they were on the way. Call back later; carpet still out of state. Set new date… were told they were on the way. No show again; carpet out of state. Set new date for 3^rd time. Finally they show up. Freeze out my house while I’m in it. Takes 6 – 7 hours for 3 men to install less than 500sq.ft. They poop in the bathrooms and don’t wash their hands and sink up the house. They leave greasy fingerprints on our new white paint… everywhere. Ask one guy who left all the fingerprints and he doesn’t know, but no offer to clean up. Had to do a lot of cleaning after installation. Side note: houses are supposed to be hot for carpet installation so carpet doesn’t ripple later. They get 1 star for good prices.
