The staff here is very helpful and friendly. Purchased a graphics card from them and was not disappointed. I definitely recommend them and will be back in the future!

Piss Poor Performance.
Took my computer into them for repair,
Charged me $ 40 bucks– told me the problem was fixed– Got the computer home booted it up, and it was still inoperable! A huge waste of time and money. Advise: Save your time and money.

So now they are located in a new location and apparently it’s where they have been trying to move to for quite a while. Still no improvements over before. Store is still seriously lacking in available parts and you can expect them to just order it for you and continue to wait. Once again they almost never have a common replacement part in stock when I need it. Not that you can expect much considering their only competition is Connecting point and Best buy.
Meanwhile best buy which is right behind them actually has all the essential computer parts fully stocked 90% of the time. No thanks I’ll continue to order my stuff online. They could at least update their website too it’s about 10 years behind on website standards which is pretty pathetic for a computer shop.
