I absolutely adore Rebecca in the framing department. I work with her pretty regularly framing things for the office I work at. Her insight and professionalism are a breath of fresh air. She has always gone above and beyond for us. I have had some differing experiences with other staff at the store. Where I’ve left feeling rushed and agitated. I will always call ahead and make sure Rebecca is there. I know it’s not a necessity to remember your clientele or remember their previous orders, but it sure does help. It is great to work with someone who takes time with each individual and helps guide them through an otherwise daunting task.

I received the most wonderful service from Rhonda and Pete when I brought in a large print and a custom sized smaller print for matting and framing. They took the time and care to show me what was available and offered excellent advice. They, along with Lane, were very personable. The end result exceeded my expectations. Craft Warehouse will be my go-to framing store for all of my photos and I will recommend them to my photography group!

I know the building is small, but damn is that store cramped! They did have a lot to offer, but the customer service sucks. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at the door(even though 4 employees were standing at the register chatting) and I must have walked past another 8 employees and no one asked if I needed assistance, smiled, or even looked up at me. A manager and another employee were talking right by a group of customers at a bead event about how they feel about their coworkers with absolutely NO filter. After not being able to find what I was looking for,(and not wanting to disturb the employees conversations) I left and went to Michael’s. Where I was greeted and helped within one minute of walking in.

Employees are young but friendly as can be :) Better beading selection next door at the fabric store.

We have both a Michaels and a CW here, and in this city I would opt for Michaels. My prefence eleswhere would be CW, but once again the small size takes aways stars. This store lacks the numerous crafting examples I’ve come to expect and therefore my creativity. Sure, my creativity shouldn’t rely on the examples set out by store employees, but I’m not all that creative normally so, you know…

The selection is pretty good, but the service is awful! I was shopping for ribbons and was treated like a leper or a criminal(maybe even a criminal with leprosy) instead of a paying customer. I mean jeez, you’re cutting fabric, not shoveling horse shit. If you can’t spare a smile and a bit of helpfulness, I’ll got to Joanne’s instead, because they sure can!

What a great resource! I’d never visited Craft Warehouse, as I’d always opted for Joanne Fabrics instead, but I was delighted to find that there was something for everyone! Everything from quilting supplies to framing, décor items to paintable wood products. Very pleased.
