We resorted to using CCCS to handle our credit card debt because the payments were too high. Well several months have gone by and were getting statements from the companies saying were so many payments past due. The statements CCCS is sending don’t add up to the same amount that the credit card companies are saying. Capital one says were 5 payments past due, But CCCS says they’re paying it. Well obviously not. They refuse to return our calls and won’t talk to us. They’ve been taking our money and running with it. We’ve stopped paying them, and will more than likely take them to small claims to get back the money they’ve been taking instead of paying the companies like they’re suppose to be doing. Do not use CCCS to handle your debt. You’re better off working something out with the credit companies themselves.
