By far the best propery management companies I’ve ever rented from. Always courteous and friendly. The ladies at Choice One make you want to stay a tenant for the long term. Any time something came up they were immediately on top. of getting it taken care of, and they made the application and move in process super easy.

Renters beware!!! They will lie and cheat you. We left the home in move in condition. It was spotless. Have pics to prove it. 9 days after bring told everything was good she sent her cleaning company out. Just so happens the owner of the cleaning company is a personal friend. Seems alittle shady to me. As a tenant we are always wrong and these crooks get away with it. They are never held accountable for cheating people. Get everything in writing and record all conversations.

Shaaady! One of them give you a smile then take all your money kinda places. Sure they seem nice. until you move out. Renters beware, document/​photo every little thing and mark down even the tiniest of details because trust me they will charge you for it regardless of if it existed before you moved in. I would say search for another rental/​management company to be honest, this one isn’t worth it.
