Best place ever! A must see! We went for the first time today. They had arts & crafts, a play room with a great puppet theatre and a TON of things to look at on the inside. Even afordable gift shop corner. The outside trails were amazing! We saw Eagles, owls, the best fox ever, a raccoon and many, many more animals. It was beautiful! Great trip!!!

A fun and educational place to take the family. I love to walk the trails, and experience nature. Make sure you use deep woods off to protect yourself from ticks. They have an animal hospital and rehabilitation service on site as well.

Nice place to visit. The outdoor area was nice. We enjoyed walking the trails and visiting the animals. The reptile house inside the building smelled awful though. The cost is minimal to get in. We spent about 2 hours there.

On a Saturday afternoon, my fiancé and I found a small goose in the median of the road. After attempting to call various animal hospitals and SPCA’s, we fortunately came across this listing for an animal rehab center convenient to Rt 70 and Rt 73 in Medford. This cabin in the woods had a very caring staff who were not reluctant at all to take the wounded animal and restore him to health. They operate off of donations only, not with the assistance of state funds. This service is open from 9a to 7p seven days, so they were really the only place around that was able to help this lucky duck. I’m glad they were here for us.

A great place to spend the afternoon. Appox. 12 — 15 display cages where you will find raccoons, deer, foxes, eagles, hawks, crows and even a very friendly robin, are nestled among the pines. A hike around the lake is also suitable for all ages. The cost is $ 5 for adults and $ 3 for children 3 –15, but after seeing how well the animals are treated, and how happy they all seem, you will gladly give more. This place can be a bit hard to find, so call first for directions. Just got home, but already planning a trip back!
