Lisa and Patrick from Asurent Property Management are a rare breed. I have mostly gotten to know Lisa. She is a manager that actually cares about her tenants and her owners and has strict standards she abides by. For owners that care about their investment long term and know the value of a manager who keeps your property full and up to snuff, talk to Lisa. She may not be the cheapest, but the way I see it, that’s a very good thing. Don’t hire a slumlord. Go with Asurent.

Our experience with Asurent Property Management has been nothing less than fabulous. We have a property that is 300 miles away from where we live. In other words, it simply wasn’t possible to manage from afar anymore.
We hired Asurent Property when our tenant was moving out — unfortunately the house was left a mess. Lisa and her team quickly and efficiently did a full assessment of the property and worked with us to get everything back to our high standards. They also took 100+ photos of the house in its current state for our records. As questions came up, Lisa contacted us immediately so that together we could work out the best course of action.
They did a market analysis and advised us to raise the rent $ 350 to catch up with market rates. From there, Asurent took the reins and again, kept us posted along the way. From soup to nuts, they did everything — marketing, tenant screening, lease, showing the house, background checks, etc.
