I did a free 7 day trial at this gym, and came away with a very favorable impression, but did not end up joining, and here’s why: it’s too small. The facilities are great; really clean, well maintained and well thought out. However, with just a handful of people here, it feels crowded. I’m the sort of gym-goer who’s constantly thinking, don’t look at me, I look like a beached whale in yoga pants, and I’m sweating my metaphorical balls off. So being in such a small room with a bunch of other sweaty people sort of doesn’t work for me. I think if you’re lifting, it’s fine, but if you’re doing cardio and are going at peak hours, expect to wait for an elliptical or treadmill. Also, there’s only one stair climber, and someone is always on it. If you want weight machines, their selection is basic and limited, again by space. I had a great experience with the staff there. They were really friendly and I felt no pressure to join. Sort of the exact opposite of every 24hr Fitness I’ve ever been to. This place isn’t doing anything wrong, they just have a location that is a bit too small to serve the purpose. I would absolutely have joined if it weren’t for the crowded feeling. They also have the most reasonable membership fees in the area, with a joining fee of $ 40 and membership of(I think) $ 40/month, so if you only go to the gym a couple of days a week, or are not sure you’ll stick with it, this gym may make the most sense for you.

Love the location, near college. Parking is an inconvenience at some hours of the day, but the staff is amazing; professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Trained with Hannah and she does individual training for your body! She gave me some recipes and workouts to do at home! The gym is small and two stories. They have saunas in each bathroom. They are clean and efficient. Has all exercise equipment you could need and some have televisions. The music is more pop and is very loud, but that’s typically for any gym. Rates are very reasonable! Yes, they are open 24⁄7. If I wasn’t so ill, I would keep my membership! Love this place!

The facility is new, clean, and, you guessed it, open 24 hours a day. The equipment is probably some of the newest around since this location has only been open a few months now and it’s all straightforward and easy to use. Most aerobic machines come with a TV on it and there are also a couple of flat screens mounted around the bottom floor. On the second floor(more of a loft) you will find the spin bikes and a rower as well as a few other pieces of equipment. They do a couple of classes here that are included in the membership — spin, boot camp, and yoga — most of which are early in the morning(think 5:30 or 6:15 am). There are 3 spacious bathrooms, all of which have showers and one of which includes a sauna. The free weight area is smallish but has all of the equipment you need to get a god workout. My only real complaints about the gym is about the music. They have today hit’s(i.e. to same 15 songs) blasting at all hours of the day, which makes it hard if you didn’t bring your headphone and don’t like Katy Perry, Kanye West, or Bruno Mars. Even if you do have headphones, you probably won’t be able to hear whatever you were hoping to because it’s pretty loud. Other than that, it would be nice if there were so more class options for those of us that can’t bare the thought of getting out of bed at the crack of dawn.
