All American Tree Service and Firewood, LLC

We are on day 3 (Sat. 10÷3÷15) of a job that was only supposed to take 2 (Thursday-10/1/15-Friday-10/2/15)days. They haven’t stopped by the house or called me back. It is now 2:08pm on Saturday 10÷3÷15. I know the chances of the crew starting a Job on a big Cottonwood is very slim at this time of the day. A phone call would have been enough if the job was going to take longer. One of my problems is my calls are being sent to voicemail with no reply back. This is my experience with this company and how they are managing my issues this far.
Quote was for a trim on a Maple and to take completely down a cottonwood. So far on Thursday they completed the maple but left ALL the debris in the driveway that my tenants had to cut up with a chainsaw. We had to call about the debris and then a separate crew from the one working on my trees came by to clean up. They cleaned up the maple but said «we are not going to do the cottonwood because it is too big of a job». They only cut a branch off the Cottonwood but damaged my neighbors fence with it.
This is a very bad experience. I live in San Pedro but I own this property in Medford and I have wonderful tenants that have lived there for 8years. They have a 5 and 6 year old in school and they both work 8+ hours a day. It was an extreme inconvenience for them to come home to a driveway full of branches and then have to cut and remove the debris just to get to the front door? Why?
This isn’t even over yet! Will they come back to complete their job? Will they even call me back to explain what went wrong and to take action on my neighbors fence? This is still an open job. I am just disappointed and dissatisfied with this tree service so far. To be continued…
It is so misleading to use Unilocal in small towns with only 2 reviews. I hope this review is helpful to someone else looking for service from out of town.

These guys not only did a great job trimming our tree, but they were courteous, professional and punctual from bid to job completion. Our tree looks great — even our neighbors have said so. An Arborist did the trimming, so our tree was in good hands. These guys are a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire them again.
